The host was helpful and responsive. The home is nicely appointed, with thoughtful furnishings, and comfortable. Very nice home to spend time in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and venues.

This place was a nice clean house. Excellent location within walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops. 100% recommend Loro asian smokehouse and bar for dinner. Short Uber rides to Congress Avenue, Barton Springs which was super cool and other parts of downtown areas. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay. For 6 of us, there was plenty of room and we had everything that we needed - including party hats! Great location and quiet neighbourhood

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for my sister’s small bachelorette trip and had an amazing time! The location is perfect, with short Uber rides to and from just about everywhere. The house is clean, cute and perfect for a girls trip!

Great stay for family trip.

Great location for our family trip. Very close to downtown Austin yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to park with playground and fields. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that made it feel like home.

Great house and location

I stayed here with some girlfriends and it was a great home base for us while exploring Austin. The location was the best part, being within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I go back to Austin.

Great Area and Great Place

House worked great for 4 adults and 1 child. It was very comfortable and homey. The location was good. You could even walk to CVS and some cool local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Very clean and neat. Simply, nicely decorated. Lovely outdoor space in backyard. Check in was simple and easy. Quiet neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer. Convenient access to the things we wanted to do in downtown Austin.

bday celebration

house was very convenient to where we wanted to go. took 35 mins to get to Rio Vista and enjoyed eating at Habanero Mexican Restaurant that was few blocks away from the house. HEB just a few blocks away and a few bars that can be walking distances away from the house. Great house, clean and very spacious, quiet neighborhood. We will come back maybe for more than just the weekend.

Location, location—location

Our nephew told us that the Cowboy bungalow was situated in a great spot and he was right. Places to eat and shop were within walking distance and the downtown attractions an easy drive. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. Sure, the bungalow has its quirks (eg. placement of the TV), but itfit our.needs to. T.

Impromptu Getaway

We had to come to Austin for a quick work trip that fell during spring break for our girls so we decided to make it a trip for all. Great location, quiet, clean and super cute! The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to ensure we had a great stay. All the convenience of downtown without the city hustle. We would absolutely stay again! We enjoyed a sunset bay cruise on Lone Star Riverboat cruise, dinner at Wu Chow, the Texas Toy Museum and Arcade, P. Terry’s for burgers and fries and decadent ice cream sandwiches the Baked Bear. WiFi at the bungalow also allowed to follow up on work after the days activities. Overall a 5 star trip for our family! We are grateful to our host!

Great location

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family with good decor and layout. Very nice park a couple of blocks away and close to restaurants, shopping and everything to do in Austin. We had some issues. Some were mentioned months before in reviews and had still not been dealt with. Response from management was underwhelming. Otherwise a comfortable home in a great spot.

Great Austin Location in Cool Neighborhood

We were in town for a UT football game. We were very pleased with this place. It was a good size for our group- a typical mid-century ranch but well renovated and clean. The neighborhood is great. A mix of old-school Austin folks in the homes they have added their personal, creative touches to and new construction. There is a park within the neighborhood. Although traffic was a bit of an issue at times due to everything going on over the weekend, the location was a good spot. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms worked well and the house was all that we needed. We recommend.
