The house was great - clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels/dishes/kitchen utensils/etc. The backyard was also wonderful and our kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was also perfect for getting to everything we wanted to do in the city.

Perfect Weekend in ATL

Our family met up in Atlanta to celebrate some birthdays and take in a Hawks game. We loved the location of the house and the layout worked great for us. We had beautiful weather and really enjoyed the backyard (pool, hot tub, & fire pit). Host was amazing and the house perfect! Will definitely want to stay again!

So Much Fun!

The house was beautiful and well-maintained, with a gorgeous backyard and pool. They had so many activities, and were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. The interstate is right by, so it's a bit noisy, but overall the house surpasses that. And they have the softest beds you'll ever sleep on in your life.

30th Birthday Summer House (in March)

Richard was very helpful and communicative through the duration of my stay! I booked this stay when some of my other birthday plans fell through and was beyond excited to find such a hidden gem right in my own background! You should do yourself a favor and book this house! It is a beautifully designed home and will fit any needs for family gatherings, or just a place for friends to come and celebrate you! Highly recommend this home!

Atlanta Oasis

Enjoyed a great weekend with friends here in Grant Park. The hosts were proactive in communicating and on the whole were very respectful and proactive. The house itself is somehow better than the listing pictures and everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back!

Loved it!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room and the layout worked well for us. We walked to a park nearby and a few restaurants are within walking distance too! Cooking at home was easy with the fully equipped kitchen. Richard was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect experience

Beautiful home, excellent communication, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Were a group of 6 adults and definitely had space for more in this spacious house. Backyard is a private oasis with parking. Host communicated the strict neighborhood quiet hours so as not to disturb the neighbors and it wasn’t a problem at all. Will absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Slice of Hawaiian Paradise!

This is a fantastic property! A group of 8 co-workers gathered here to hold an all-day meeting followed by some fun bonding time. We absolutely loved it. The house is very clean, the decor is so cute, kitchen incredibly well-stocked, and the backyard is heavenly. Even though it was a cold February night, we really enjoyed the hot tub. There were such nice touches like a fully stocked coffee bar complete with flavored syrups. An assortment of snacks in the dining area. Lots of spices and olive oil available. Extra trash bags and paper towels. All of these things exceeded my expectations for a rental. The beds were super comfy with great soft sheets. 10/10 recommend!

What a pleasant city oasis! This was the perfect spot for our family to get together. Some highlights:-shaded pool perfect for kids and pale travelers -hot tub!-sauna!!!!!!!!-comfortable beds. Better than my home mattress.-SUPER kid friendly. Cribs and a high chair were present without needing to request them! -clean kitchen with great appliances and a LOVELY coffee station-very responsive hosts. The vacation we had here was one to remember! 10000000% recommend this for families or groups looking to have some fun. The location was so convenient for outings and meals! The pool was so lightly treated that even my kids with super sensitive skin were able to swim with no worries!The only downside is it is near a major highway so it is quite loud at all hours. Once inside the home the noise is dulled quite a bit but if you are a super light sleeper bring some earplugs.

This was a great house for our group stay. The basement is great for entertaining! The house was very clean and decreased all in a Hawaiian surf theme! It was easy to communicate with the owners. The only couple negatives - the main floor bedroom, you have to walk by the kitchen to get to the bathroom. A curtain could help with privacy. The yard as such an amazing space to enjoy, but the property backs up to the highway. So, if you're looking to use that space quote a bit, prepared to hear all the road noise. Something that can't be helped of course. We enjoyed our stay!!
