Inside the home you will find a spacious master bedroom with Tempur Pedic Mattress, walk-in closet, dual vanity sinks, and a chic walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and it’s own full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The remodeled kitchen is complete with all new stainless appliances (the range even has an air-fryer built in!). The formal dining room is positioned by the foyer and is an excellent gathering place for guests. The living room is centrally located adjacent to the kitchen and to the backyard, and includes a new 55” smart TV and a convertible sleeper sofa. In the front of the home you can dream your days away on rocking chairs under your covered front porch or watch the kids play underneath the big shade tree and swing. There are 3 beach cruisers provided in the carport and washer/dryer available in the attached laundry room.
