Welcome to your own oasis! This oceanfront condo at the Carolinian Resort features your own private balcony, with an oceanfront master bedroom. The Carolinian Resort is known for being one of the top condo complexes in Myrtle Beach, with seasonally enclosed indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and hot tub. Laundry and free wifi are both included in your unit for your added comfort.

Myrtle Beach is the Mini-Golf capital of the world, with over 50 courses open during the peak summer season. Myrtle Beach also has over 1,700 restaurants for you to explore, as well as shows for tons of family fun at Medieval Times, Pirate's Voyage, and more for the grown-ups!

This condo is newly renovated with new flooring, updated furniture, paint, and TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The master bathroom is extra spacious, including a separate vanity area.

**Summer 2023 update: The spa/hot tub has a leak in a pipe that is sleeved inside a concrete wall. The spa/hot tub is so close in proximity to the wall that the hot tub will need to be dug out to complete the repairs. It was decided to forego the repairs (due to a heavy noise and debris) until after Labor Day. Also in order to ensure a more enjoyable experience for guests, it has been decided to replace the entire spa/hot tub, and the new 10 seat spa/hot tub that will double the size of the existing body of water.

During this time, we encourage you to explore other amenities within the resort, such as the other swimming pools and the beautiful surrounding areas. Please keep in mind the reciprocal agreement with Bluegreen Resort, located across the street from Carolinian, allowing guests to use their amenities as well. **

Other important things to note
- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties. Guests are not eligible for the free breakfast coupons, as this is only for guests who book directly with the front desk.
- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.

ABSOLUTELY No PARTIES and no causing disruptions to guests of the Resort, or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED (vapes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, nicotine cigarettes, etc) on or in the property. If the manager is made aware by anyone at the resort that you have been smoking, you will be REMOVED from the property - with ZERO REFUNDS.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!!! - There will be a claim of $100 on your damage protection to cover the cost of extra cleaning to ensure there are no allergens that may affect future guests!
