Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyable stay

The pools and hot tubs were great, close walk to the ocean. Breakfast included in your stay is a HUGE bonus. Woke up to cold shower on check out day, but all in all, great vacay. Will stay again

Definitely repeat customer!

We were very pleased with the size of this condo, lots of room for our family of six! The view is amazing for not only one but two balconies. I like the added security with the codes to get into the buildings. Easy walk to the beach and to the pool, which was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Definitely a repeat for us!

This has the best view from not only one, but two balconies. Very spacious. Lots of room for my family of six. Easy walk to the beach, and the pools were very convenient and clean. I liked the extra security with the codes and needed to get into the buildings. We will definitely look at renting this condo again!

Nice place with beautiful view of Myrtle Beach

Love the view from the rooms. Love the windows in the main room! Kitchen is stocked pretty well. Nice balcony. Can sometimes hear folks on the floor up above, but for the most part it is quiet in the room. Love that it has a safe to keep valuables in while at the beach. Love the breakfast at Magnolias too.

As soon as we walked in there was a roach problem. Multiple days we noticed roaches. The room needs an exterminator ASAP. 2 TV's in the bedroom didn't work. Had to call for a replacement remote for the main TV in the living room area. The DVD player did not work. The only good thing about this room was the view. The staff was helpful but the room itself needs serious help.

A few issues

This particular room needs a major upgrade. Furniture from the 60s and falling apart. Half the electrical outlets did not work. They also need to get an exterminator in the unit...had roaches in kitchen and bathrooms. Also, very stingy we with toiletries, etc. used to be included and get what needed when needed but now very limited if any. Must be trying to save money, but I don't understand that since they've gone up on the price. Regardless a great vacation and wonderful view!

Locks

The new door locks are an extreme annoyance. Remembering a 10 digit number to access the room is impossible over a short term. The lock has no tactile feel so you don't know if the button has registered so it's very easy to make a mistake, if you do you have to wait 5 sec and start over... I have spent over 3 minutes trying to get in my room.. this is unacceptable, any card reader is 5 to 10 sec to enter the room...

Had to leave sooner than we wanted

We ALWAYS love staying at The Carolinian! The view is the best in Myrtle Beach, and the free breakfast is awesome at The Magnolia. Unfortunately this time we had to leave after only 2 days out of our 5 day stay due to family emergency. But we'll be back!!!!

Nice rental

Nice rental. The only complaint have is I couldn’t get checked in to my room until almost an hour later due to it not being ready. And I would recommend north Myrtle over south Myrtle. Lots of homelessness around the boardwalk. The room itself was fantastic!

A Great Time

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The room gave us a great view with easy beach access. It had all the amenities we wanted and a wonderful free breakfast was provided by the Magnolia restaurant just across the road. We were a short walk to the boardwalk as well. All in all a great stay!
