All good except for a gas leak in the stove that caused headaches the only night we stayed. We had to cancel things and head home the next day. The host tried to find another place but we decided to just head home since things were kind of ruined. We were of course refunded in full. So, instead of four nice nights, we had none. Four hundred miles of mostly windy mountain roads for nothing. Nice place otherwise. Thank you.

Thank you for the review. I was unfortunate that you had to leave to due gas smell coming from the stove in the kitchen. It has been assessed by a plumber and everything is now in working order. You were fully refunded for your stay and you were very cordial and polite regarding the issue. I hope to host you in the future at this property or another one that I manage.

Great house! The house was clean and beds were comfy. It’s very close to national park. Private and covered driveway. Sunroom is great spot to have a cup of coffee. Check in/check out process was simple and host was quick with all communication.

It was clean but it smelled very musty. I would provide room spray and candles. There were some there but they were all used up. We bought one and left it there.

The location was nice but the master bedroom needs a newer mattress. My husband is tall and sleeps all over the place. Neither one was able to sleep except unless we nap on coach. The master bed had torn sheets, noticed it first day. other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

Great property!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property! Booking was a breeze and the owner communicated well before and during our stay with checkin details and reminders for check out. The home was clean and perfectly located in a slightly secluded neighborhood. A short 7 minute drive to down town. Overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. At first there was a little hiccup with the water being off due to some maintenance but the owner was quick to respond and it was smooth sailing after that was fixed. The beds were excellent, and while the kitchen could have been better equipped ( only 1 tiny frying pan) , we enjoyed the our time. We were able to take advantage of the great weather and played dominoes and cards out on the deck. The location was good for getting into the historic district and getting to Garvan Gardens ( Highly Recommend !) Would consider staying here again .

Quiet and cozy

Comfortable beds are important and they were! Older house with character. Everything you need, we didn’t grill or stay outside. I would stay again if needed.
