Exceptionally clean , newly done cabin taking reservation. One bedroom with queen size bed, futon in the living room area for extra sleeping. Tiled walk-in shower, three seasons room, and hard surfaces throughout for an exceptionally clean stay. All linens (including blankets) are washed after each and every guest for a clean night's sleep. There is a fire pit in the back yard with some wood to get it started, high-speed wireless internet, all walking distance to all the stores and restaurants in downtown Mio.

Our family had a relaxing and peaceful stay! It is so beautifully decorated and practical. My husband and I and our 2 children were able to stay comfortably. Even with a not so great forecast it really was such a peaceful weekend. We have family in the area and will certainly be returning! It was an excellent stay!

The house was adorable and fun!! There was an issue with a very loud icemaker that only produced loud noises but no ice. We found the shutoff button and the problem was solved. Also, the coffee maker only spit out cold coffee, but again we were able to microwave the coffee, problem solved again. We loved the location very much!! It was very convenient for our friends and family. We would LOVE to return some day! Thank you!!

Very clean, comfortable bed, close to town and the ORV trails, big yard with fire-pit, driveway big enough for trailer. Linens and bathroom towels provided. Living room couches weren’t super comfy, ice maker was loud enough to wake us up several times a night (informed owner in case broken). Owner very responsive. Not a lot of extra stuff in kitchen. Bring salt and pepper, extra paper towels, tin foil or Saran Wrap for leftovers. There was 1 kitchen towel and no cookie sheet to make a pizza.

Perfect home base in Mio

Wonderful place with fresh renovations. Lots of care has obviously went in to making this a great place to stay. Clean, convenient location in Mio, great anemities. We plan to book again for our next trip to Mio.

The house was very clean and the beds were better than we have at home so comfortable. It was very updated and well stocked. The driveway was long enough for our truck and trailer and very close to the trails. If the weather was a little warmer there was a nice firepit area that we wished that we had used. We would stay there again.
