Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review! I’m glad everything else was good and just as described. I’m sorry the bed wasn’t as comfortable for you. The mattress is actually newer, but we know everyone has different preferences when it comes to how firm or soft they like their bed.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the cabin was a good fit for you and your husband. We’re sorry about the musty odor during your stay. With the amount of rain we’ve had this month, we believe the increased moisture may have contributed to the odor, and we are looking into it to make sure the issue is addressed. As for the kitchen, we do provide the basic cooking utensils and kitchen essentials needed to prepare a meal, but we appreciate your feedback and will take another look to make sure everything is properly stocked for our guests. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the strong water pressure—it’s something many guests appreciate. We’re sorry about the unusual smell in the bathroom, though. That’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll have our team look into it right away to make sure it’s addressed. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to provide you with a more comfortable stay next time.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s cozy feel and convenient location! It’s great that being able to avoid the heavier traffic and still have easy access to dining and shopping added to your stay. We also truly appreciate your feedback about privacy and seclusion. We completely understand the appeal of being surrounded by nature with more space to unwind outdoors. As noted in our listing, the cabin is nestled in a resort-style neighborhood, which does mean neighboring cabins are nearby. That said, your comments are very helpful, and we’ll continue looking for ways to better highlight these details so guests can choose the setting that best fits their preferences. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love the chance to host you again, perhaps in a cabin that better matches your preference for a more secluded, nature-focused setting.
