Located only 5 minutes drive to the Stateline Casinos and the cental entertainment areas, this newly listed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with all the comforts of home has newer furnishings.

The home is clean and in great shape with enough space for. 2 small families. The condo has 2 King Beds as well as a very large Queen/Full Bunkbed (Full mattress over a Queen Mattress) and has a pull out twin trundle for additional sleeping flexibility. There is also access to a washer/dryer.

This complex has a pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking. It is located near the lake (walking distance of 1/2 mile mile), restaurants /entertainment, and walking distance to grocery stores. About a 3-4 minute drive to the beach and Heavenly.

It’s a very nice little home, the pool and jacuzzi access was the best part for the kids. We had issues with the AC, we couldn’t get it to run so we had to open a few windows. The cabinets to store our clothes were a little dirty so we cleaned them and put a towel underneath. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and enjoying a great week at Tahoe. We can’t wait to come back

The inside of the property is remodeled, which was great! However the host claims he had no idea there would be construction everyday starting at 7:00am! The entire place is being refurbished so will be ongoing for a long while. The internet won’t connect to the TV, but you can use your personal hot spot. The other bummer was no BBQ as it showed in photos. Location is good, close to everything, but would no stay there again, because I asked the host to do the right thing because of all the construction noise, and nothing was done, except to say sorry!

The location can't be beat in the summer or the winter! Close to shopping, dining, entertainment, skiing and beaches, with a pool and hot tub in the complex as well, you'll never run out of fun things to do.
