Surrounded by lush landscaping, the balcony in this unit overlooks the 1st tee of the Marsh Course with views of the water feature. This second floor, renovated condo has been tastefully decorated and accommodates up to 4 guests. It offers a king bed in the master suite, and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Just steps from your front door, you'll find the large heated pool, hot tub, pool pavilion with restroom facilities, tennis courts and gas grills. Within the Bonita Bay, you'll have access to 3 parks offering Basketball Courts, Bocce Courts, Playgrounds, an Exercise/Fitness Course, 12 miles of Walking/Bike/Nature Trails, Butterfly Garden and a Boat Dock/Ramp Launch.
This condo is operated by the owners who call this their second home. We are sorry but pets and smoking is not permitted and this unit is not handicapped accessible.
