The space
Set on a peaceful hill with a view of Catamount, this spacious home was designed for groups and large families. Enjoy two adjoining living rooms, one with a television and another with a fireplace. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, making it ideal for relaxing, entertaining, and connecting. With six bedrooms spread across two floors and three wings, guests enjoy a balance of company and privacy.

If your preferred dates are not available here, or you are planning a larger family gathering, our sister property, Shun Toll Estate, is located just half a mile away on Shun Toll Road. Together, the two homes can comfortably host 34 people.

FIRST FLOOR
Great Room & Outdoor Living:
French doors flood the Great Room with natural light and open to a large stone patio. Enjoy the cozy living room with a fireplace, a separate TV lounge (great for the kids to hang out), Brunswick 8 foot slate pool table, new felt, centennial pool balls, and outdoor amenities including two grills, a smoker, and alfresco dining under the stars.

Kitchen:
A chef’s dream, the kitchen features marble counters, and a farmhouse-style island perfect for group meals. Fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to elaborate feasts.

Dining Area
Gather around the 10-person dining table, expandable to 18, or enjoy meals on the patio surrounded by nature. Toys and games are located near the dining table for easy game night set up!

Entertainment & Relaxation:
Enjoy the newly felted pool table, custom eight-person sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views. In summer, cool off in the heated in-ground pool. The Pool will open the first full weekend on or before May 15th through the first two full weekends in October. For 2026, that is May 15th through October 12th. In summer, pick mint from the poolside pollinator garden beloved by bees, butterflies, and birds - make your own mojitos and iced tea!

This thoughtfully designed home combines comfort and style for a memorable getaway, perfect for groups or families. Ample parking, including a Tesla charger, adds convenience to this beautiful retreat.

Guest access:
Perfect for family reunions and multiple family retreats. Access the house up a long driveway, where the parking area accommodates 10+ cars (and additional cars can be parked along the driveway). A Tesla charger is available for electric vehicles.

Other things to note:
Please be mindful of our neighborhood and the natural acoustics of the property. We kindly ask that there is no music or loud voices outside after 9:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and ask that all guests in your group be made aware of this important rule.

*Horseback Riding - Explore the area on horseback and take in the beautiful countryside views.
*Gilder Pond Walk - A peaceful spot for scenic walks. The road up to Gilder Pond is open seasonally, so check access times before heading out.
*Apple Picking - A favorite fall activity. Enjoy local orchards and fresh cider during harvest season.

Winter Activities:
*Skiing - One of the biggest draws to the area. Spend the day on the slopes, this can easily be a full-day adventure.
*Sledding & Tubing - Perfect for families or anyone wanting a fun, low-key winter activity.

Nestled in the heart of the Berkshires, our home is located in North Egremont, a picturesque village in the scenic Berkshire Hills of southern Berkshire County, Massachusetts. This charming rural town is steeped in history and natural beauty, offering forested landscapes, active farms, and historic landmarks like the General Knox Trail. Visitors can explore scenic roads, diverse wildlife, and countless recreational opportunities.

Nearby attractions include:
Great Barrington (5-minute drive) – Enjoy fine dining, weekend brunches, high-end shopping, and nightly entertainment. Popular dining options include The Old Mill, Cliff House Restaurant, Cafe Adam, Aegean Breeze, Cantina 229, and more.
Skiing – Reach Catamount Ski Area in 10 minutes or Butternut Ski Area in 17 minutes.
Lenox & Tanglewood (25-minute drive) – Experience the Tanglewood Music Center, Canyon Ranch Spa, and five-star dining in Lenox.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around. There is ample parking available at the property. Additional cars can be parked along the side of the driveway.

We have a noise sensor near the hot tub that activates after 9:30 PM. Please no music outside even during the day.
The maximum total number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is limited to 18 unless other arrangements have been made with the host. The guest responsible for registering the booking must be 21 years old or older. Only registered guests may spend the night. Guests are responsible for the actions of any invitees during their stay. Any unregistered guest can be asked to leave at any time without cause. Subletting is not permitted under any circumstances.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm EST. Guests agree to checkout by 10am EST on check-out day.
If you would like to request an early/late check-in/checkout, please send us a message 24hrs prior to your check-in/checkout days. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on schedule and availability. If there is a same-day turnover, we`ll be unable to accommodate since our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests.
No refunds will be given for shortened stays or any outages related to cable, internet, Wi-Fi, heating, cooling, or power, as these are beyond the host’s control.
Parties are not allowed.
No confetti, glitter, or excessive garbage allowed; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
We welcome pets for a fee of $175 per pet, per stay. We kindly ask guests to clean up after your pet, both outside and in the event of any accidents indoors. Please note that if any waste or damage is left behind, additional fees may apply. Only one dog is allowed per stay, and cats are not permitted in the home.
