This 4 bedroom, 6 bath home takes advantage of its prime location on Laurel Lake, offering breathtaking waterfront views from every room and featuring a long list of amenities for a relaxing stay during any season, including ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom, a rooftop deck, lakeside patio, sauna, hot tub and kayaks.

This 4000+ square ft. retreat was recently updated in October of 2022 by Vrbo and The Home Depot as part of a "Berkshires Home Makeover" project. During the makeover, all four bedrooms, the entrance, rooftop deck, and top floor, downstairs kitchen, dining room and living spaces were updated using furniture, home décor and more from The Home Depot.

While you may never want to leave the beauty of Laurel Lake and its stunning sunsets and fall foliage, this home is centrally located to all that the Berkshires has to offer: 5min to: Lenox, Stockbridge, Tanglewood 15-20min to: Jacob's Pillow, Hancock Shaker Village, Mount Greylock, Mass MoCA, Norman Rockwell Museum, and too many hikes and trails to mention. Looking for a cozy base for your winter sports? This home is an easy drive to Butternut (20min) Catamount and Jiminy Peak (35min).

This Laurel Lake retreat boasts 4000+ square feet, with 4 large bedrooms (king, queen, queen and 2 twin, all with lake views and each with a private bath. There is a wonderfully spacious family connected to a large kitchen area with a walkout to the patio on the lake.

It was perfect. My husband and I plus two other couples had a wonderfully chill three nights at this property. This home is very well appointed with comfortable beds, lovely baths, and a nice kitchen. The views are to die for.

We loved our stay here in the beautiful month of October!Yes, the house is on a busy road,but The real star of the show is the backyard: the lake. The moment we arrived around the kids ran straight to the water to fish. Somehow, without even using bait, they caught one trout after another within 15 minutes! It felt almost staged,in the best possible way. My husband joked they must have stocked the lake that very afternoon. We didn’t keep the fish, but what an experience!refreshing swims in the lake, cozy mornings in the hot tub, everything was perfect. The kids kayaked while we soaked in the incredible surroundings. And if that wasn’t magical enough, one morning we even saw a bear swimming across the lake. I know it sounds unbelievable, but it’s 100% true!Access to the lake is effortless—unlike some places that claim to be “lakefront” but offer little real access. Here, you can literally jump off the deck straight into the water or easily launch a kayak.The house itself feels brand new, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Yes, you can hear street noise, but after the first night, it just fades into the background. The layout is vertical, but that’s the tradeoff for those incredible lake views right from your bed.We appreciated the two washer/dryer setups (one near the kitchen/outdoor level and one upstairs)! Check-in was smooth, and Rebeca was wonderfully responsive throughout our stay.

Beautiful Berkshire Getaway

This was a perfect stay for a long weekend in the Berkshires. Close to Lee and Lenox, easy access to Tanglewood, and the lake is just stunning. We had so much fun on the dock and paddling around the lake. Gorgeous house. Incredibly warm and responsive hosts.

We had a great week in Massachusetts and enjoyed being on the lake! Laurel lake is a beautiful spot in Lee and full of fish, according to my brother-in-law and niece, who took full advantage of the kayaks. The house is close to Lenox and in a good location to get to Stockbridge, Great Barrington, and other small towns close by. We went to the Indian restaurant called Mint at the property right up the street from the house and it was excellent! Rebecca was kind, easy to reach, and always responsive.

Gem!

The house is on a lake which was SUCH a hit with the kids. The house came stocked with fishing equippment. Our kids went fishing 2x a day and the hot tub was great too. It's a beautifully done house and the location is great too. We were able to visit all the neighboring town with no problems.

Nice very vertical Property with Fabulous Views

This is a very nice, well appointed comfortable home with wonderful views of the lake. Our nights were made by sitting around the fire pit and looking at the lake. There are a few drawbacks. The house is three stories and right on a busy street. The principal bedroom could use blackout shades.

Thanksgiving escape

Our stay was phenomenal. The property is gorgeous and spacious. And the view is remarkable. The house is very clean and since we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner we were pleasantly surprised with the stocked pantry of equipment. The property owners were very responsive and organized. Our only issue was being on a very busy main road and next to a public parking space where people were fishing all day and night. All in all we enjoyed our Thanksgiving escape and the calming views of the gorgeous lake. Thank you!!

Superb Location & Great Place

I grew up going to the Berkshires in the summer, and we had a family memory trip for a weekend. This was a perfect home-base – well equipped, comfortable beds, beautiful views, and centrally located.

Slice of heaven

Beautiful home! We loved the top deck with fire pit and then spent the evening on the main deck with the other fire pit! En suite with every bedroom, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and views of the lake from every bedroom! We swam, went kayaking, sat in the cozy hot tub and used the sauna after our early morning runs. By far one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve stayed at! Owner Rebecca was very responsive and flexible!

Wonderful lakeside vacation

Our family loved this lakeside home. The home is very comfortable and well-stocked with linens and kitchen needs. It’s in a great location right on the water’s edge of a small lake and also close to numerous nice towns and hiking trails in the Berkshires. Our adult kids found plenty to do and want to return next year, as do we!

The Berkshires have been a welcome escape for much of our adult lives, catching a summer show at Tanglewood or exploring kid-friendly attractions like the Hancock Shaker Village and Herman Melville's home. We loved that paradise was a 2 hour drive for us when we lived in Boston many years ago, and that it is still a 2 hour drive now that we have settled to raise our family in lower New York.

Laurel Lake is unbelievably beautiful in every season and this home makes the Lake the focal point of every single room, including each bedroom. The builder of this home did an incredible job integrating the lake with the home - with picture perfect window views of the lake, roof deck, and balcony with lake views, not to mention such beautiful wide pine floors and high wooden rafters. We could not have designed a more perfect lake home and we fell in love instantly!
