This home is decorated with style, comfort, and your vacation in mind, it has been lovingly designed with an open floor plan. Walking through the front door, you enter the light-filled living room furnished with a modern wrap-around couch & a wall-mounted Smart TV.

The designer kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, a kitchen island with seating, & all the essential cookware to prepare delightful homemade meals for your guests.
The dining area features a stylish dining table with comfortable seats for six people.

Adjacent, the family room is surrounded by windows providing an abundance of light. looking out onto the pool area with access to an outdoor covered area for all your alfresco dining..
It's also furnished with a large comfortable leather sectional sofa w/ queen size pullout. Smart TV, ceiling fan, & a desk & chair for office use, it’s a lovely space to gather with friends & relatives.

Off the hallway, you will find three lovely-sized & comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed with plush linens, a private bathroom, & French doors that open to the outdoor pool area.
The other two bedrooms both have queen-size beds, luxury linens, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, & share access to a full bathroom.

Marbella features a fully private fenced backyard with a heated pool & lounge chairs. In addition, it offers a separate seating lounge area for intimate cocktails. From the eye-pleasing lush landscape to the covered patio featuring a dining set & BBQ grill, this home offers all you need to enjoy the outdoors & unwind completely during your stay in Florida!

KITCHEN & DINING: The modern kitchen offers high-end appliances. The new layout allows for flow of cooking & conversation. All cutlery, cookware, & tableware are provided, as well as a traditional drip-style coffee maker, toaster, blender, & starter spices. Plastic eatery items for the pool area are also included.

PARKING: Driveway parking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM & check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY UNREPORTED PETS ON THE PROPERTY. Dogs under 30lbs are considered, with an additional pet rent fee. Max 2 dogs, no cats
Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living. Pool heated for $50/day with 3 day minimum upon request. **We require our guests to be 27 years & older to reserve a home; ID will be required after making the reservation**
