PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
 
COMMUNITY POOL: The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day! If your stay falls within that period, you will have access to the community pool which is conveniently located a 5-minute walk down the road. Pass is required.
 
NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.
