Communication with Ian was excellent! We received the welcome packet a couple days before check-in, which was very nice. The Loft was better than we even expected! Great location, clean, spacious, convenient parking spot, beautiful neighbors….we hope to stay again sometime!

Unmatched location for all things Fort Collins, especially Old Town, Horsetooth Reservoir, and hiking at Lory State Park. Comfortable and clean. Idealylic neighborhood that is quiet, safe. We will absolutely stay at Ian and Heidi’s loft again if/when opportunity presents.

Clean, comfortable unit in a great location. It’s a perfect size for two people and within walking distance of downtown Fort Collins. I would stay here again. Please clarify the directions and locate the loft entrance on a map before you come. It’s not easy to find, especially at night.The host was very responsive and property rules and cleaning instructions were very clear.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, Kitchen was well stocked with coffee pods and dishes.. The area is very safe and clean. Beautiful homes close to downtown fort collins town square with lots of restaurants and shops. We would come again. Thank you
