This condo sits on the seventh floor of Bay Watch Resort, a beachfront property with direct access to the sand downstairs on the ground floor. You'll have access to incredible amenities and 18 water features on the grounds, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a lazy river, kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and several on-site restaurants.

At Bay Watch, you'll also be treated to free DVD rentals, a package of tickets from local partners, fun kids' activities (such as shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games) in summer, and activities for snowbirds (such as card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets) all winter.

The heart of this condo is the oceanfront balcony, accessible through floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room. It's a beautiful spot to watch the sun come up, sip your morning coffee, or relax with a tropical cocktail at golden hour.

The interior is well-equipped for your every need, offering an oceanfront living room with a cable TV, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and such conveniences as central air, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer. Of the two bedrooms (both with TVs), one is a primary suite with its own small balcony.

Baywatch Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at MB. The maintenance on comnon areas need attention. The handle on the foyer door come off in our hands, the combination to the apt door was way too long,(10 numbers), and the tile and hardwoods were wet and slick throughout the stay.

This condo has direct ocean view. Balconey, Pools and lazy rivers are great. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were fine. This condo’s kitchen is sparingly stocked. There is no table and chairs, only bar stools for the kitchen counter. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean comfortable stay

Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfy enough to get a good nights sleep, a touch squeaky getting into bed but not enough to keep us up at night. Will say the master bath could use a nightlight or another dimmer lighting option for those that don’t want to wake their partner up or be blasted by sun-level lighting first thing in the morning but the bright day glow lighting is great while getting ready. Kitchen was stocked enough for making breakfast and snacks. Popped over to barefoot landing for dinners which was a quick drive. Enjoyed a night cap at the on-site bars and restaurants. Some pools were heated which was a bonus since we were there beginning of October. Overall I would recommend

Location is the draw here- condo is not worth it

Oceanfront property with many pools and lazy rivers, which seems to be the justification for the high prices. The condo was substantially smaller than is represented in the property ad. It was basic- no table for eating, basic kitchen supplies, basic linens, no frills bedding and access to the condo is very much like cheap motel hallways. Walls offer no insulation, and you hear neighbors above, below and next to. The resort has 3 buildings with 19 floors each and yet there is very limited food service options available. This was my first and last stay.

First let me say the unit was clean. However there could be a few more cooking utensils. There is water damage in the unit, the second bedroom ceiling and the living room floor laminate has buckled near the balcony door. Also the no smoking policy is not strictly enforced. A person on oxygen in a unit one floor down from us kept lighting up, go figure!! I did notify management but it didn’t do any good.

A Quick Getaway

My husband was recovering from shoulder surgery and said I can recover at home, or we can go to the beach. So, to the beach we went. Sadly, the pictures showed a recliner, that was nonexistent. I reached out to Vacasa who stated that it was not included in the amenities. When asked why it was in the pictures, no response. The second bedroom tv would not change channels. Per previous reviews, it was an ongoing problem that was an easy fix. A service ticket was put in but never saw anyone or heard about it being fixed. So, Forensic Files it was for four days. The condo is spacious and fit MOST of our needs. The walk in shower in the master was a plus with the "patient". Getting a luggage cart to the condo proved to be tricky as the entrance is shared with another condo across the hall. Tight quarters. We loved the condo, and our stay, however the recliner not being "included" and the tv issue not being resolved kind of left us with a "eh" about renting with Vacasa. I'd wished they would have followed through with better customer service.
