All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

We had a wonderful month here, This was the nicest condo. It is beautiful. Everything was so nice and new including the linens and towels . The Vrbo staff was the best. Every question or need was handled quickly and professionally. And the view was awesome! The sunrises were the most beautiful!We will be back!!

A fun stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The decor was super cute. Loved how easy the walk was to the beach and the overall layout of the condo. Check in was easy - we got texts and emails of how to get in, etc…. It was also very easy to communicate via text with the management. They were always quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue was that the condo wasn’t as clean as we would have preferred (floors weren’t swept/cleaned well, toilets needed to be wiped down). We let management know and they sent someone to clean the next day and it was much better. They also helped when the parking permit was misplaced. Overall, we made wonderful memories!

Horrible New Management !

This property had just been purchased and was being managed by a new management company. When we arrived. Their communication was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Getting into the property was horrible. They didn’t have any information to offer or knew what was going on as far as how to get in keys for parking or passes or pools not even being open then continue to blame the management company for the HOA for why they didn’t know if the pool could be used And said that they were frustrated and basically projected their frustration away from ours, and that took accountability for the fact that they were managing the property. Also, the description in the listing was not accurate. It was not a pull out sofa just FYI, the communication from the very beginning of booking this property which was two months before the arrival was horrible. Even now when I reached out to ask something there are no responses. This is a nice condo but good luck if you need to ask anything or have any issues with anything!
