This beautiful, breezy, and quiet cottage in the stunning Makaha Valley offers a wonderful opportunity for you to immerse in Hawaii's peaceful nature. Surrounded by gorgeous ridges and valley, you will enjoy amazing views all around. The backyard patio is perfect for stargazing, morning coffee, and evening conversations. You will love the lush, abundant tropical plants. Just 5 min away from a 7-mile stretch of some very isolated, pristine beaches on Oahu.

Your large private dwelling (1615 square feet) is newly constructed and equipped with high-end furniture and all needed amenities to bring you great comfort and convenience. The cottage is near Makua Kea'au Forest Reserve. Majestic view of the east ridge of a giant crater from the backyard. You will have the entire place to enjoy. The house features a living room with 14-ft tall ceiling and a TV room with a Samsung 65" Smart TV and free Netflix. Smart TV is also available in the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Comfortable genuine leather sofa, chairs, and sofa bed throughout the first floor. All other rooms have 9-ft tall ceilings. Each section of the living room and each bedroom has its own tasteful decoration theme. Mitsubishi split AC helps keep you cool in the summer.

Sleeping arrangements
Master bedroom: a king bed, a cot, and a travel crib.
2nd bedroom: a queen bed, a futon bed.
3rd bedroom: a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom.
Downstairs TV room: a queen sofa bed.

Mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic brand with a 2-inch memory foam mattress topper. All past guests loved the very comfortable beds.

Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton pads, and Q-tips. Both flat iron and steam iron are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook a healthy meal using fresh local ingredients. You can order fruits and vegetables from local farms from Farm Link Hawaii website and have the groceries delivered to your door. We provide a Keurig single cup coffee maker, a 5-cup filter-free coffee maker, a toaster. Kirkland dark roast coffee, instant coffee, and organic green tea are on the house. Laundry detergent and dryer's sheet are provided.

We provide chess, board game, and bridge for entertainment.

The garden is fully landscaped with beautiful tropical plants such as Birds of Paradise, pink ginger, Heleconia, Manila Palms...You will love this tropical oasis!

Community pool and gym will be completed around October - November 2023.

Costco in Kapolei city is 30-minute drive away. Long Drugs store is 5 minutes away. Tamura Supermarket is 12 minutes away. Waianae Mall has farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.

Driving towards the west end once you are on Farrington Highway, you will find beaches with much less people so you can enjoy your beach time more.
