Spectacular pool! 10 beds! Near Brass Pro

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There are many attractions like the aquarium at bass pro, downtown springfield, stadiums and springfield lake where you can paddle board and kayak. The place has free WiFi included and half bathroom in the pool area.. We can definitely accommodate more than 11. There is a total of 10 beds in total . We have 4 bedrooms; 3 twin bunk beds( 6 beds) , 3 full size beds 1 king size bed and 3 comfortable couches prefect for a family gatherings. Two common areas. TV’s in almost all bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking ware.

Great for our group

Everyone loved the place. The amenities were great especially the pool and coffee bar. Had everything we could possibly need.

Perfect for families.

I am selective about where my young families stay. Gotta have a pool, plenty of bathrooms, and outside and inside place to hang out. And a safe, convenient location. This place has it all! The littles in my life, loved everting about it!

June Getaway

We had a fabulous time. The house is located minutes to the Aquarium, miniature golf, short drive to Fantastic Caverns which were our main goals for my grandson. We loved the pool and my grandson would have stayed in it all day if it hadn’t been for sightseeing. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home. It is big enough for large gatherings but offers smaller groups a little more privacy/quiet time if desired which was what we were looking for. Highly recommend this home!!!!

Absolutely Beautiful

Large family reunion (12). The home was spotless and very well equipped. The backyard and inground pool were awesome and used daily. Plenty of bedrooms (4) and living rooms (2). There are stairs but most are offset to get to different bedrooms. The host is way above GREAT. I would post any negatives, but there weren't any.

Excellent Stay

House was perfect for 3 families. Backyard area was very nice with a lot of seating. Host was extremely generous and made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with. There were several “extras” that made our stay even better (beach towels, games for the kids to play, trampoline, coffee bar, etc). We were close to several Springfield attractions, all while being able to get to Branson as well. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful gathering place

We needed a place to for several family members from different places around the country to stay while we visited family in Springfield. The Cottage is so perfect! A bedroom for everyone, space to have quiet time, a wonderful kitchen, and great backyard area to entertain and the pool is a bonus. So easy to spend quality time with each family. The Cottage has every amenity you can imagine.

Family friendly

We had 3 families in town for a wedding. Each group had their own bed and bath. The house also had a great pool and activities for children. It's location was very convenient. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact.

Excellent accommodation and host. The pool was a blast - the kids of the group spent many hours in the pool - we appreciated all the pool floaties (and the waterslide)! Abundance is a key word for this property. No shortage of toiletries, paper goods, cookware, pantry items (like salt & pepper, etc.), coffee options (!), blankets (many - and so soft), and the like. The sheer number of poolside loungers and chairs was so welcoming. Everything was done tastefully and without clutter. The kids enjoyed the more than two dozen board games. We also enjoyed the piano. We appreciated having two family/living rooms - for example, one evening we had a group watching the Chiefs game on the (massive) TV, and one group playing a card game in the other family room. This was one of the most welcoming properties I have stayed at. Denise exudes a welcoming spirit. Recommend.

Very nice quiet weekend

We were looking for a place for two families to have a long weekend hanging out by the pool. This house was perfect for that. The home is very nice, and the kitchen is fantastic. The layout of the home made it easy for everyone to gather and simple to find space when you needed it. Property owner/manager (not sure which she was) was available when needed and easily reached by phone, but didn't intrude at all. The pool does have an interesting design, but the kids loved swimming and overall the weekend was a full success.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay so much, the house was clean and there was a lot to do. Communication with the host was easy and she responded quickly. The only issue I had was there was a guy mowing the lawn on the nicest day of our trip and his mowing threw grass into the pool. We asked him to stop and he did. Thank you for sharing your home.
