Great location in Sea Pines. Check in and check out was easy. Pool was terrific. Communication with hostesses was very good. Main floor of house is very nice. There were several items that I thought needed attention that I communicated directly to the hostesses after we checked out but overall a nice experience. AC worked fine and refrigerator worked fine and it was very warm and humid the week we were there.

Amazing stay

The property and location was even better in person than the pictures do it justice. Direct beach access and close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Our group would definitely stay there again.

We did have issues with a tv and plumbing causing ceiling leaks but the house is in a great location an Island Vacations was incredibly responsive.

We love the location and relative privacy of the property as well as the pool and easy access to the beach. As an older property, there are several issues that could benefit from a maintenance update.

Big Family Gathering

This home is perfectly designed for a large family gathering; the bedrooms are all similar in size, the pool is spacious and access to the beach is easy, And there are table games aplenty for inside fun. We'd definitely return!

Best group trip ever!

This was the 56th year that some of us have known one another. Over the years we have stayed at some very nice places. 7 Black Duck exceeded them all. We appreciated the thoughtfulness in having enough towels and other amenities. Just an overall great home in an A location!

The house was clean which is very important to me. The kitchen well equipped. Good layout. The house is getting a little tired. Don’t feel the price is justified. AC in one of the room didn’t cool but we didn’t report because the room was cool enough without it.

Welcoming Property for Extended Family Vacation

We had a great extended family vacation with 15 of us, ranging in age from 6 to 76. Phenomenal location and great amenities. Pool was great. Enjoyed the ocean. Lots of room, Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride to Salty Dog. Lots of birds and even had deer come through the back yard one morning. The Vacation Company was extremely responsive to questions and requests both before and during the stay. Would definitely come back here!

How to celebrate a 90 th birthday with 15 family members

Our vacation on HH Iland was wonderful at this house. It is big enough to accommodate a large family gathering. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool space accommodates all and the beach is step’s away. The neighborhood is quiet and located walking distance to Salty Dog and tennis courts. Bikes are included in the rental and there are wonderful bikes paths throughout. Multiple dishwashers made mealtime easy. Would recommend this beautiful home as we had no issues

Disappointed

The pictures were deceiving. Loft area was much smaller than pictures. No ice in kitchen freezer and when we put ice in an ice tray it froze in a clump. Temperature off, ice cream very soft and frozen waffles box was wet with lots of moisture. Stove took extremely long to boil water like 30-40 minutes. Very few spoons. Rest of dishes adequate. Basement shared bathroom with bunks but on opposite side of hall. Cleaning crew did a good job

Pool area great.Beach access greatKitchen/dining/sitting area great.Ping pong and other games tables great.Bedroom/bathroom situation for 16 people not so good. One bedroom had two singles, one double and shared a bathroom with a king bedroom. Bedroom with two twins had no bathroom.Bunk bedroom very small.Issues with paid for heated spa (was fixed mid week) and leakage from outdoor shower onto pool patio (later taped off)
