Perfect for the relaxing week we wanted to have. Convenient pier/dock for hopping in the boat. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Docked at Sunset Grille for a good meal and a very short drive to Jellyfish restaurant won’t disappoint. Easy contact with host. We will stay again in the future.

Family Trip

We loved this home in Perdido Key Cove. It was clean and spacious. We had a group of 3 generations and the home accommodated us all very comfortably. The pier was the highlight as we spent a lot of time there. It was a great vacation for our family.

Birthday Get Away in Perdido

What an awesome place. It was so easy and convenient for boating with the dock and the single story. No Stairs! The layout of the house is perfect with big kitchen and open plan. Definitely coming back to Tobin House.

Love the Updated Tobin House!

We stayed here years ago and loved it, but now everything is cleaned up, updated, and nice. They do need to update the furniture(it is still from years ago).

Overall great stay and relaxing.

Overall stay was great, however, mother nature wasn't on our side as it was breezy and windy the whole time. The property is great except for the fact that we had to purchase laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee, and filter and purchase toilet paper. These little things were minor and I would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful

Location is great if you're looking for peace and not a crowd. If you view the surrounding area on the map, you'll see why. The place itself was open and relaxing. 3 rooms, 6 beds total. We had an issue, nothing crazy, and the staff took care of making sure we were accommodated.

A dream come true!

Booked here at the beginning of May with husband and small children and had the best time! This home has a lot to offer. It has a private peer where we caught a blue crab. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the sunset, wildlife, and waves rolling in from the sound. It’s a short walk (right across) from the beach. It was $3 to park there. The area felt safe and away from the noise. The home has everything you need, but bring your seasonings! Also, staff was very kind and easy to reach at all times. They provided plenty of soaps and lotions and even gave us a cute little sea turtle gift 😊 11/10 would recommend!

Spring Break

my teenage son and i stayed here for spring break. we wanted to be close to the water and the home of the Blue Angels to see them fly. this house was perfect for all of that. My son fished every day off the dock in the bay and we kayaked out around the state park that is just beside the house. the walk to the beach on the gulf is just a block away and it's a state park beach with few people. we basically had the beach to ourselves. The base for the Blue Angels is 15 minutes away but you can also see them flying from the back yard of this house which was amazing for us. We even found a Buc-ees 45 minutes away so we made the trip there. this house was perfect for us and we had plenty of space. the neighborhood is quiet and you're close to anything you need.
