Welcome to Captain Kidd Palace! The vacation of your dreams is possible in this gorgeous beachside house! Bring your boat to this stunning canal front property, & explore the local waters and beach bars. Enjoy your private unheated infinity pool while you watch your favorite team on the 65” TV. This three-bedroom (plus bunk room), 3.5 bath home has everything you need to enjoy a family get-away. You can enjoy fishing & crabbing from the docks or take your boat out on the Intercoastal waterway and the connecting Gulf waters. The home sits at the end of the canal with no immediate neighbors. There is a boat lift on the dock which can accommodate boats up to 26’ in length. The closest public boat ramp is Galvez Landing Boat Launch, just 5 miles from the home. The Gulf of Mexico with its sugar white sand and emerald waters is just a short walk across the road. **Please note the hot tub/spa is currently being repaired, but swimming in the pool is available.

For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). In this split level home the upper level includes the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The living area has a 64” TV, & comfortable seating including two armchairs, a love seat & a sleeper sofa. A billiards table in the second living area provides hours of family fun. This area also includes a wood-burning fireplace. The cook in the family will appreciate the Wolf appliances in the kitchen and the granite counter tops. The kitchen bar seats 4 and the dining table seats 6. This level of the home also has a powder room for your convenience.



When it comes time to retire after a day of fun and relaxation at the beach or pool there are 3 lovely bedrooms to choose from along with a bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed with comfortable bedding, 58” TV, private balcony & an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite offers a large walk-in shower & steam room.



The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the lower level of the home. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, patio access & en-suite with walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom also has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, & patio access. There is a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room has two sets of twin over full bunks & a sleeper sofa, plus a TV. There is also a full-size washer & dryer for you to use during your stay.



The outdoor area features a covered patio with sectional, a 65” TV, outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, wet bar, & mini-fridge. There is a bar area with 4 bar chairs, a dining table that seats 4, & chaise lounges to sit in around the pool. Enjoy the wraparound balconies with space to relax in the shade or soak up the sun.
