This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast. No smoking, no parties, must be 25 to book. Sleeps up to 12.

Bay Bushes on Perdido Bay is a Pet Friendly Boater's Paradise! This 3-bedroom 2 bath house with an enclosed sunroom, in Lillian, Alabama has a private pier plus a slip, accommodating up to a 30-foot boat. Bring Ropes and Beach Towels. (There is no lift.) Access to Gulf and nearby Robinson Island is 30 - 45 minutes away depending on the speed of your boat! The Blue Angels have practices quite frequently over the bay! It's great show! Bring your kayak, paddle board, crab traps and tubes! Take a 25-minute drive to the beach and shopping!

The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. The cabinets are stocked with everything you will need for most meals. Bring all disposable products, food, spices and coffee filters for a standard coffee maker. You will have access to a charcoal grill and a picnic table! Bring steaks, charcoal and lighter!

Bath linen is provided. Bring beach towels. The beds are made with fresh white linen plus a set for the sofa sleepers. A "one day supply" of amenities is supplied and is intended to get you through the first night so you can shop.

Limit is 12 people. Bedding arrangement is California King Primary with private ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom 1 has a double bed, guest bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, plus the enclosed sunroom has a double bed and a twin daybed with a trundle under it. The living room is equipped with love seat with full-size sleeper mattress.

The primary bedroom privately adjoins a bath with a tub/shower combo. The hall bath is convenient for all and has a tub/shower combo, also. All areas are on ground level.

Friendly well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please limit 2. Must be leashed. Guests are to clean behind their pets. Extra charges may be applied for excess cleaning.
Goggle saltwater fishing in Alabama for license information. Owner does not supply recreational items. Water safety must be practiced by guests.

Good place for lots of little kids.

Manager responded quickly and pleasantly Property is not worth the rental amount. Is not good for 12 people unless 6 or more are small kids sharing beds.Take your own comforters for each bed .You'll need them. No place to set and enjoy bay view unless you go all the way out on dock to set. Frankly the dock is the 1 good asset the Property has.All interior doors stick so bad you have to slam them then very hard to open.
