About this property

Namaste House at Healing Waters of Shasta

Welcome to Healing Waters of Shasta, a sanctuary nestled in the Medicine Spring Valley at the foothills of the magnificent Eddies Mountain Range. This sacred, ten-acre land, rich with natural beauty and flowing mineral springs, offers unparalleled peace and serenity.

This year marks the launch of our Land of Hamsas project—a dedicated mission to create a vortex of high-frequency energy where enlightened beings (Hamsas) can gather and practice Kriya Yoga. We are carefully transitioning our use of the space to focus primarily on groups dedicated to deep spiritual practice.

The Namaste House is the largest and most prized of our dwellings, designed to deeply heal and nurture your soul. It is ideally suited for meditation retreats, yoga groups, Kriya Yoga practitioners, and conscious families seeking stillness and deep inner work.

Five Spacious Bedrooms + Loft: Accommodates groups dedicated to focused practice.

Unique Mineral Water Source: The entire house, including all tubs, is sourced with natural sulfur mineral water—a therapeutic bathing experience flowing from the historic Stewart Mineral Springs (now known as Pneuma Institute).

Three-Tiered Deck: Offers stunning views and an ideal creek-side setting for quiet contemplation or group meals.

Connectivity & Comfort: Includes fully equipped kitchen, laundry, new HVAC, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Honoring the Sacred Space & Mission

Guests staying at Healing Waters are asked to honor the high vibrational energy of the land. We prioritize bookings from individuals and groups whose primary intent is quietude, healing, meditation, and yoga practice. This is not a venue for parties, loud gatherings, or events disruptive to the profound serenity of the land.

Healing Waters Amenities for Spiritual Practice:

The Crystal Pool: An outdoor pool fed by the natural mineral creek, perfect for therapeutic soaking.

Peaceful Creek: Serene natural setting with benches and hammocks facing the mineral-filled creek.

Dedicated Space Add-On (Optional)

If you require a large, dedicated practice area, the Siddhanath Enlightenment Studio is available for an additional fee ($360 per booking). Please clearly indicate your desire to reserve the Studio when booking. Studio use is not included in the standard house rental.

The Namaste House is licensed by Siskiyou County. We look forward to hosting your conscious retreat.

Wonderful place to recharge!

We were a group of close family friends who stayed at the Namaste house for a long weekend. We absolutely loved it! The house accentuates the experience of being in nature, and offers an opportunity for slowing down, being together and being reflective and grateful. It was very clean, comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. The communication with hosts was prompt and helpful. The well water took some getting used to, but we really enjoyed the sauna and steam shower! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, including an Instant Pot. The location was perfect -- not too far from town, but far enough to feel the restorative effect of being away from it all. We especially LOVED the proximity to the creek (basically in the backyard), and views of Mt. Shasta and the lenticular clouds from the drive to/from the house.

Sanctuary for the soul

The first striking aspect, beyond the beauty of the property, was the sound of water all around. The space was beyond what I could've imagined and the pictures, while a good representation, didn't give justice to the stunning home and surrounding property. The master bathroom as a steam shower, sauna and claw foot tub (only downside was that I couldn't figure out how to get consistent warm water in the bathtub). I could've hung out in the bathroom and would've been a happy camper. But the rest of the house was just as amazing from the cozy and soft/welcoming living room, to the kitchen with all amenities and space needed for a group of friends- to the porch and outside spaces. If you're looking for a nervous system reset in nature- come here! The studio was a beautiful space with large windows overlooking the porch and forest with a creek below. The trees, water and easy communication and check in- make this a must stay place. Also- it was so clean! Thank you for sharing this reverent and beautiful space. I hope all who come here treat it with the respect deserved so more people can partake of this healing experience. Namaste

About the host

Hosted by Shelly Tran

Host profile image

For two decades, I walked the path of service as a dedicated Registered Nurse. My life was anchored in the direct, immediate care of others, yet a deeper yearning persisted—a calling for a more profound, root-level healing.

That yearning found its answer in 2017 when I was introduced to Kundalini Kriya Yoga. The encounter was not merely a lifestyle change; it was a profound recognition of my soul’s true trajectory. Following an undeniable inner guidance, I made the life-altering decision to step away from my nursing career to fully immerse myself in the spiritual path.

For the past eight years, my world has been shaped by the rigorous and blissful discipline of Kriya Yoga, studying directly under the spiritual guidance of the Himalayan Master, Yogiraj SatGurunath Siddhanath. This journey culminated in my qualification as a certified teacher of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, empowering me to now assist my Beloved Master in spreading this divine science for individual enlightenment and ultimate world peace.

Why they chose this property

In May 2022, I felt an inexplicable, powerful draw to the sacred land of Healing Waters of Shasta. This was not a desire for property ownership; it was a soul-level recognition of a sacred duty awaiting fulfillment. This land, already pulsating with healing energy, called me to be its steward.

My dedication to follow my heart led me to become the Manager of Healing Waters and lead the Land of Hamsas project as President of Enlightenment University, a 501 (c)(3) nonrprofit. - aligning my life completely with the mission of spiritual education and service.

I was entrusted with the sacred mission of The Land of Hamsas project at Healing Waters in October 2025. This is not a project; it is a monumental mission—a sacred responsibility to safeguard and elevate the energy of this place. A Hamsa is an enlightened being who radiates love, peace, and wisdom. Our vision is to transform Healing Waters into a dedicated vortex where Yogis can intensively practice Kriya Yoga, accelerating their path to realization and anchoring a higher frequency of peace for the entire planet..

As the current steward of this sacred land, I am honored and humbled to be entrusted with the safekeeping of this mission. My journey from the bedside of a hospital to the sacred foothills of Mount Shasta has been a preparation for this moment: to serve as a channel for transformation and help usher in the next enlightened civilization through the power of Kriya Yoga. My life is now dedicated to ensuring the Land of Hamsas flourishes as a beacon of light and peace for the world.

What makes this property unique

The Namaste House is more than a luxury vacation rental—it is the cornerstone of a dedicated spiritual sanctuary and the heart of the Land of Hamsas mission. What makes your stay here truly unique is the convergence of potent natural healing elements and a sacred, intentional purpose:

1. The Healing Mineral Water Source

Every bath, every shower, and the outdoor Crystal Pool is fed by natural sulfur mineral water flowing directly from the nearby historic springs.1 This is not simply tap water; it is a profound, therapeutic element that is deeply healing for the body, mind, and soul. Your stay offers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in these powerful, restorative waters, which are best absorbed directly through the skin.

2. A Sacred Space for Transformation (The Land of Hamsas)

Under the direct stewardship of Shelly, Manager of Healing Waters and a certified Kundalini Kriya Yoga Teacher, this property is being consciously protected and dedicated to spiritual growth. We carefully prioritize and welcome groups whose intent aligns with quietude, healing, meditation, and yoga. Your reservation supports the creation of the Land of Hamsas—a sacred energy vortex designed to anchor peace and higher consciousness for the benefit of the planet.

3. Dedicated Amenities for Inner Work

Unlike typical rentals, the Namaste House offers amenities specifically chosen to support your spiritual journey:

The Mineral Creek & Crystal Pool: Natural settings for peaceful reflection and physical rejuvenation.
