This house is a must-see gem in Falls Church right in the middle of DMV! Located 10 mins from the Largest upscale mall in VA Tyson's 1 & 2, 15 minutes from DC, 20 minutes from MD, the historical site of Old Town Alexandria, National Harbor and MGM casino & resorts. Is centrally located on Farragut dr. which boasts an eclectic mix of residential homes and local businesses.

It’s a furnished basement apartment with separate entrance that leads into an open space with sitting/ eating area in a 2 bedroom apartment.

This bedrooms are airy with a fully operational windows with blinds that lets you adjust the bright sunny light entering your space. The rooms are equipped with queen beds for your relaxation, a writing desk and chair. The bigger room comes with a smart tv and the smaller room a sleep number bed.

Cozy sitting area with modern deco, accent chairs and 50” plasma, entertainment center with surround sound system, accent lights, stand fun etc.

There's an eat-in kitchenette / bar area comes with dining table that sits 4, fridge, microwave, instant pot, air fryer, coffee maker and tea kettle. There’re 2 bar high chairs at your disposal.

The space has a full bathroom with a standing shower and a personal gym.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Clear out all personal items from unit including refrigerator. dispose off all trash into the dumpster posted in front of house. Blue can is for recycling and gray is for trash.
Wash any used dishes, glasses and cutlery. Organize ascent chairs back to original position if moved. Leave place in condition you met it.
Turn off lights including lamps and bathroom lights. Lockup and return keys to lock box. Thanks
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes on carpet. The entire apartment just got re-carpeted and we ask to kindly remove shoes upon entry at the door.
No cooking on stove due to poor ventilation. Microwave, instant pot, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker are at your disposal. Feel free to use them
No Smoking anywhere on property. It’s a smoke free zone. No loud music or noise after 9pm.

Comfortable and peaceful

It was the perfect size for 4 people. We had everything we needed in the property. It was also the perfect distance from DC to make it feel like we were "escaping from the bustle of the city.It was clean, Well lit, had interesting reading material, and even a spot to work out! We would visit again if we came back to DC

Pleasant stay

I enjoyed staying at Aloha. It was roomy, clean, and pleasant with A/C that kept us comfortable in the very hot weather. The beds were pretty comfortable but the mattresses could have had more support. We discovered late on the first night that we had only one blanket for both beds. We asked Prince on the second day to provide more blankets and he provided several more promptly. We also discovered that after we had reserved the place that we couldn't use the stove because of poor ventilation which limited our cooking. I think that this restriction should be mentioned in the listing description.

Could have been a lot worse

The apartment itself was substantial. Although the ceiling was not very high it was sufficient for us since the tallest of our group was 5’9’’. The beds were comfortable and the linen and everything looked to be clean. The lights seemed to have been on a timer. Every night the lights would blink around 7:30-8:00pm. Then at 9pm the lights in the whole apartment would go completely out. We were able to turn them back on though. Noise was to be kept down in the apartment after 9pm, which was fine, except for the noise from the talking and music coming from upstairs til wee hours in the morning. The last two nights we were there we needed the air conditioning on but was told that it was locked during the fall but we could open the windows and use the screen on the door. This would have been okay if my family didn’t have arachnophobia. After all it is a basement apartment.
