Welcome to your perfect getaway. This brand new home is nestled into the hillside of a private 5 acre lot. On a quiet back road in Ashland NH, you can enjoy all the Lakes Region and White Mountains have to offer. The home is tastefully decorated.
Easy access to all the ski resorts and incredible hiking trails. Right off 93. 10 minutes to Holderness. 10 minutes to Plymouth with great shops and restaurants. This lovely new retreat is very family oriented. Snowmobile trails at the end of the road, (no need to trailer)

This is our second summer that we've stayed at Kerri's home. We visit every summer to visit our parents, children and grandchildren. We love the house. The house is so clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. It's lovely decor of bears is so fun. Thank you Kerri for another great place to call home over the summer.

Home was well kept & clean. Would have liked better quality toilet paper & there was less than half roll of paper towels. I would have brought more had I known. Beds were comfortable for the most part. The single bedroom beds definitely could use new pillows. Pillows are very flat. Outdoor space is nice. Some mountain views. New construction is happening across from property. Also had views of random trucks (I think due to construction). Closing rules are to wash towels & then put in dryer. This was a little challenging because we had to wash up (finish using towels), get everything in the wash & then wait for wash to be completed to then put in dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking & serving items. Grill works great! From porch with rockers was lovely. Overall it was an enjoyable stay!

Clean, quiet and full of mountain charm

Kerri has put thought into every detail at the Hilltop Hideaway. The property is immaculately clean, nestled among trees, and nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the rocking chairs on the front porch are so great, and the kitchen had the basics one needs including coffee grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Columbus Day weekend

Second time staying here. Love the location to visit PSU, hiking and restaurants. Clean and cozy. The front porch with great views is my favorite part of the house. Will rent again.

Family wedding weekend

Our family of 6 was very comfortable- the house was very clean. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to use the firepit due to rain. The proximity to the wedding was ideal and we were very happy!

Columbus Day weekend

We head to NH every Columbus Day weekend. Since my son started at PSU a few years ago, we stay near Plymouth. We came to see my sons fall ball games and do some hiking. We decided to try out a VRBO instead of a hotel and we are glad we did. Hilltop hideaway was more spacious, cleaner and private. We loved how quiet the area was, but close to PSU and great hiking trails. The house was immaculate and had every amenity we needed. We loved having coffee on the front deck looking at the mountains. I would 100% recommend the house and would stay again.

Amazing house and property

We were happy from day 1 until the end. Sometimes when you stay at a rented house you say....wish I brought this or that...not here. They had everything we needed. Grounds were awesome, fire pit, horseshoes, back deck with a grill, front porch area to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night. A cool little deck up top overlooking the house but in the woods with a few chairs. The location is great being close to the highway and close to everything. We all Loved it!

White Mountain Getaway

We had a great getaway at the hilltop hideaway. The house is extremely clean and well cared for. There was ample space for us an our three kids, both inside and out. The home had everything we were looking for and all the kitchen space/items that we needed to feel like home. The front porch is amazing, I can imagine a cup of coffee on a fall day there is spectacular. The home is in a nice quiet area of Ashland, but also close enough to the center to grab a bite to eat or hit the grocery store easily m. We enjoyed the proximity of the home to several ski areas within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend for a summer white mountain weekend, a fall leaf peeping adventure or a ski/snowmobile vacation.

This place is the perfect weekend getaway for a couple or family. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was very, very clean. The front porch has a beautiful view of the mountains and 4 brand new rocking chairs. We spent most of our evening outside. The kitchen was well stocked & the interior is adorable with black bear decor! Kerri is super responsive & very accommodating. We were heading to Laconia for bike week, so the location was perfect!!
