The house was in a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. We loved the house and my kids enjoyed the upstairs room, which they referred to it as the treehouse!
This is a beautiful high tech modern house. A great home for an extended stay. This would allow to experience all that the outside property has to offer.
The 4th bedroom which is in a small loft area is for smaller kids as the spiral stair are tight as well as the small entrance to the space.
Very quiet setting that encourages rest and relaxation!
Our stay was great at this house that was situated in The middle of everything we wanted to do. Equipped with all of the necessities and more. Very upscale amenities and they thought of everything that would be needed. The neighborhood is dirt roads so in inclement weather, definitely need a 4 Wheel Dr. or all wheel drive vehicle. We were right in the middle of Grand Canyon Sedona and Page, which are the three places we wanted to visit while in the area. This location was very accessible to all three locations. We absolutely loved our stay here! 10/10 recommend!
I loved this place. I took my daughter, her husband and my 8 month old grandson to see the Grand Canyon. We wanted to stay somewhere peaceful, away from the hubub of Grand Canyon Village. We stayed for four nights in this home. The exterior is deceptively modest. The interior is anything but. Unlike like many places I have stayed in, the interior lives up to the photos. It has a tasteful minimalist design, clean, spacious and well-lit. The kitchen is well equipped. The three ground floor bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The loft is is much smaller but serviceable. We saw deer, heard coyotes and enjoyed the dark night sky. It’s important to know that the home is about 5-10 minute drive down a gravel road and about 25 minutes from Williams. That may not be be for everybody, but the peaceful isolation was just what I was looking for. BTW Wifi is good and the TV screen is spectacular.

Property Pro's-Property is on a good piece of land-Surrounding area is quiet-Property contained "some" upgrades ie; kitchen cabinets-Dining dishes and coffee cups (all stoneware)Property Con's-The last 3 miles to reach the Property is a VERY BUMPY, DUSTY, DIRT ROAD. The road is uneven & rough I would not take a car to the property. Even in a truck it was very rough for the last 3 miles.-Kitchen fry pans and baking pans need to be replaced. Baking pans are very rusted and fry pans have been overused with burnt areas and loose handles. No plastic glasses for kids. (We ended up purchasing solo cups for kids). The most right-side burner of the electric stovetop doesn't seem to work. We did use the microwv a few times, but never used the oven or dishwasher.-Front doorknob on the inside was extremely loose, like ready to fall off.-Matresses in rooms do not contain a boxspring... the mattresses were thin and had like a gel or memory foam padding, but not comfortable.-The flooring throughout the house is literally bare concrete. There seems to be a clearcoat put on the concrete to shine it up. -Home cooling was ONLY window AC units-arcadia door in master doesn't open. Long window in master were people in livingroom can see right into master bedrm.-screens on arcadia door in living rm dont slide correctly. -flickering light above washer/dryer-loft no cooling, not adult friendly -only 1 tv on property, living*We found a rattlesnake by our vehicle, be careful.

Hi Christopher,
Thank you for your detailed feedback — we truly see it as a gift and use it to keep improving. We’d like to offer a bit of context on a few points, not to dispute your experience, but to give future guests a fuller picture when reading your review.
Some of your comments touch on personal preferences, such as mattress comfort, the modern décor including polished concrete floors. While these may not suit everyone’s taste, many guests enjoy the clean, contemporary style.
Regarding AC, our listing states the property does not have central air. We recently added four AC units to help guests stay more comfortable in warmer months — part of our ongoing efforts to make each stay as enjoyable as possible.
Although the road is unpaved for the last stretch, it is accessible to standard vehicles. It is one of the small trade-offs for staying in such peaceful seclusion.
We appreciate your suggestions on upkeep and will continue addressing maintenance items promptly. Thank you again for staying with us and helping us make the property the best it can be.
Safe travels,
Kasey and the Cloud Nine Stays team.
We brought our family ranging in age from 18-76 and all of us enjoyed the property. The place was clean and the design was really nice. Host was very attentive and accommodating.
My few critiques-the upstairs bedroom is best for kids. We had two young adults under 5’4 and it was not fun to make it up and down the stairs with luggage. They also said it was very hot up there. They ended up making a pallet down stairs to sleep each night due to the heat.
The next thing is about not having AC. We are from southeast Texas and out of our own ignorance did not realize people have houses without ac. I totally understand now why places don’t but just did not realize it was a thing. The listing has a misprint when talking about the ac and instead of it saying “no central ac” it says “central ac”. This was not a huge deal as it was cool at night but we woke up every day sweating once the sun came out and the house was just not as cool.I would have loved a side table fan and maybe a thinner comforter or quilt for the summer. Only other thing that would elevate a stay is having a few stocked seasonings (there were basic herbs and spices but some empty), zip loc bags, and foil. It looked like a little was left from past stays but it would be nice just to have that stocked in a rental home. I leave all of this to say I don’t want this to come off as a negative review-we had a wonderful time but as a host I would want to know these things if I had a listing. Thank you for hosting us!
