This cozy home has 5 BR, 3 ½ baths. 2 Master Bedrooms: one with king size bed; the other with a California king. Each with their own private bathroom and opening to deck. Located on the 200 block of 38th Street, this spacious home has an open space living area with a dining table that accommodates 10 and a large breakfast bar that seats 5. Great room including large living room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, fireplace and a 55' LED Flat screen smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all kitchen amenities. Beautiful granite counters. Our garage will accommodate two cars plus additional driveway parking area. Close to beach & Promenade. As a courtesy for our rentals, 8 beach tags are provided, children under 12 are free. Walk to almost everything!! Click on the 'calendar icon' at the end of this website to check availability. New 2026 rates available - very competitive - Email for further information.


Amenities: - East Side: 1 King, 1 California King, 1queen, 1 full & twin beds (full size bed and twin in Bedroom #4), 1 set of twin bunks, 1 XL Twin and 1 trundle bed pull out for additional sleeping space - We also have a cot for an overnight guest. Sleeps 14 for adults and kids but will not be adequate for adult groups over 12. 55' TV w/Cable w/HDTV and DVD ( May 1st through Sept 30) . Kitchen fully stocked with every amenity. West side may also available for rental for larger families with open access via the top deck. Both units have washer, dryer, gas grill, fireplace, 3 large decks, central air conditioning, garage & off street parking. Sun bathing on the beach, restaurants within walking distance. Fishing, crabbing and boating.

Take time to enjoy free concerts and family dance parties on the promenade, guided beach explorations, tennis courts, kayaking, boating, fishing, and a wide range of supervised recreational activities for children of all ages. Spacious Beach Rental

This was the perfect beach rental for my family. The house was spacious, clean, and located within walking distance to the beach and several other amenities. The host communicated with us quickly and provided us with all the details we needed to have a great long weekend.

We loved our weekend stay! This house was spacious and big. The directions for checkin and check out were very thorough. Debbie was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The process was very seamless overall. We hope to stay again soon!

Spring trip

My sisters, cousins, and myself were so happy with our trip to sea isle this spring. We were lucky to have beautiful weather! The house was clean and everyone gathered in the living room upstairs. Was very easy to hang out all together in the living room and kitchen since it’s a big open space. Communication was great and the house met all of our needs.

Great Home for a Girl's Weekend

This home was really nice. Great location for our Girl’s Get-A-Way! Conveniently located walking distance to the middle of town, we were able to park and walk to everything – shoppes, bars and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating with early check-in and we all were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. This home was really awesome! The house was clean as well as stocked with appliances and accessories. There were plenty of wine glasses, martini glasses and even champagne glasses! You could tell the owner made provisions for our safety in that each bedroom had fully covered mattress covers that were clean and disinfected but yet soft to the touch for comfort. Bathrooms were cleaned and designed nicely. We were able to open the windows and received the cool ocean breeze. The deck had beautiful Polywood outside dining with extra swivel chairs… very comfortable as we enjoyed the outdoor space. Would definitely rent again without hesitation. Thank you, Debbie, for making our time away from our busy work schedules a delight!

Started off badly

First impression upon entering the unit was that it had not been cleaned. There was dirt on floor, kitchen sink was disgusting, and dirty rags left on counter. We took pictures and sent them to owner. At first she was very apologetic but later felt we had over reacted.and became nasty. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. We needed to clean before we could relax and enjoy our stay.

I have always conducted my communication with you in a professional manner never becoming "nasty" so I am surprised at your above comment. As I relayed to you during your check-in, I personally inspected our home prior to your arrival and it was perfectly cleaned as we expect of our cleaning service. Unfortunately our cleaning service returned the next day because they forgot to mop the kitchen floor and dumped the dirty bucket of water from mopping the floor into the sink and forgot to rinse out the sink. So yes, agreed, the sink was dirty with dried up dirty mop bucket water. I, as you stated, apologized for your inconvenience and offered you a monetary "inconvenience" refund of $250 which you initially accepted but then after checkout asked for double the amount which I rejected since the pictures you eventually sent were minor and petty complaints (sand at the bottom corner of a wastebasket, lamp shade being crooked, dust on the broom bristles) Perhaps you perceived this rejection as nasty. I perceived it as intimidation and your trying to take advantage of my kindness. It took your group no more than 10 minutes to rinse out sink, throw away the cleaning cloths and straightened out the lampshade which you said was out of place. I believe I was being very fair. Your group was happy with our home and even asked for a later checkout to use our home to shower after going to the beach your last day which I also granted. Your email to me stated "thank you for being so accommodating" I believed you were satisfied with your stay; just angry I declined your request for more money.

Awesome Vacation Rental - great home

We loved our short stay in this beautiful home. This house was spacious, clean and perfect for our family. The process to check in was clear and easy. Debbie was available to answer all our questions - both prior to our stay and during our stay - quickly and thoroughly. It is in a nice location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and playground. We can tell that the owners went above and beyond to keep us safe - mask available, sanitizers, soaps, mattress covers, soft clean linen protectors, etc. Extra towels were available for us which we appreciated. Beach tags were also provided for our use - which saved us hundreds of dollars if purchases. I highly recommend and we definitely would like to rent again!

Awesome Vacation Rental!

I usually don't write reviews but our family absolutely loved this property. It's decorated just right. The kitchen has every item imaginable available to use. The house was clean and airy. All bedding was clean and all mattresses were covered. Bedrooms had room darkening drapes to help with the morning sunshine. The living area was furnished with enough seating for our large extended family (10 of us). There are night lights in the hallway that come on with motion which our kids really thought were neat. Washer and Dryer available and came in handy to launder our belongings before leaving. Location was great. We were able to park and walk to activities in town. Nice neighborhood. No loud renters on the street. The Owners were nice enough to allow us an early check-in so we were able to head to the beach a little early and enjoy the day. Debbie responded promptly to all my questions leading up to our rental. Will definitely be returning again next year!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, but definitely needs to be cleaned. The entire basement was filled with black dog hair, literally everywhere. There was mold on the upstairs shower head, there were no garbage bags, hair and a booger on the 1st floor bathroom sink, the steps look like they had never been mopped, there was crumbs and dirt next to the sweeper inside the pantry. Overall it really is a spectacular home, I would rent again if they would just properly clean it.

I am sorry you feel that our home did not meet your standards. Our home was cleaned professionally before your arrival. We have confidence in this service and have never had a problem with that company. Had you told me of these things on the day of your arrival, I would have sent them back in to clean any of your concerns. You did not make us aware of these issues until 12 hours after you checked out. We therefore did not have the opportunity to rectify any issues. Trash bags were located in the broom closet. We want our guests to be happy with their rental. I am sorry you were not.

Absolutely loved this house and the owners!

The owners were such a pleasure to work with even letting us book last minute for me and my family. The location was perfect in Sea Isle on a nice block yet still close to everything. The house was very spacious, clean, and the decor was perfect for the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable! My 3 yr old and 5 yr old keep saying they want to go back to the beach house!

Great Group Rental!

We had a mix of couples and singles (8 people total). This place was great, open floorplan for kitchen, dining, living--we could all hang out comfortably together. We could've comfortably had 4 more (bunks so maybe 2 more adults or 4 kids). Although the baths seem a bit dated, there are 3 1/2 which made life easy. Love having 2 masters. Three decks to enjoy! Easy communication with property owner for details, check-in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location, everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

Our week in Sea Isle was wonderful. The house was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to relax and enjoy yourself. We loved the decks and outdoor space and how close we were to the stores and restaurants. Communication with the homeowners was friendly and easy as was the checki-in and check-out policy. And while we had only adults on the trip, I appreciated that the house had a baby gate at the stairs, highchair and booster - clearly they have it stocked and ready for families of all ages. Great stay in a great location!

Debbie’s property is fantastic! Very clean and comfortably slept our group of 10 with extra space. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather and views. The house is just steps from the beach and many great bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Overall, we loved the house. The itself was in great shape and accommodated our group perfectly. The location was also fantastic - only 2 blocks from the beach and very close to downtown. Our home is family friendly, good neighborhood and close to the center of town. We are walking distance to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, free summer concerts and local restaurants and night clubs. Wawa is conveniently also located within a two block walk.

What makes this property unique

We can accommodate extended families with plenty of room for comfort. For larger size families, both the East and West side may be available for your convenience with access thru top deck. We continually upgrade our home with recently adding hardwood floors throughout. New central air upgraded in 2018. New Master room bathroom in 2022. A king size bed was also added for our main floor Master Bedroom. Beautiful new granite counter tops. All kitchen appliance/amenities are provided...Our kitchen is stocked with every gadget thinkable...
