Located on the 200 block of 38th Street, this spacious home has an open space living area with a dining table that accommodates 10 and a large breakfast bar that seats 5. Great room including large living room with cathedral ceilings,hardwood floors, fireplace and a 55' LED Flat screen smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all kitchen amenities. Beautiful granite counters. Our garage will accommodate two cars plus additional driveway parking area. Originally bought in 1991, our home was torn down and rebuilt in 2005. Debbie currently lives with her husband, John and her family in Pittsgrove, NJ.

Our home is family friendly, good neighborhood and close to the center of town. We are walking distance to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, free summer concerts and local restaurants and night clubs. Wawa is conveniently also located within a two block walk.

We can accommodate extended families with plenty of room for comfort. For larger size families, both the East and West side may be available for your convenience with access thru top deck. We continually upgrade our home with recently adding hardwood floors throughout. New living room furniture for 2016! A king size bed was added for our main floor Master Bedroom. All kitchen appliance/amenities are provided...Our kitchen is stocked with every gadget thinkable... Beautiful, comfortable home!

This home is not your typical summer rental. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. My family and I have been returning to this house year after year. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful Sea Isle vacation. The owners are wonderful to work with and keep the property as if they use it solely for their own enjoyment rather than renting to others. They routinely update the property to keep it fresh and new. It is totally well stocked, clean, and a great location!

Wonderful Vacation by the Ocean

Nice home. Very comfortably laid out and roomy. Each room is tastefully decorated. Stayed for a wedding weekend. Owners very nice and answered questions very quickly - and we had many! Located central and easily walkable to shops and entertainment areas.

Roomy. Comfortable. Clean. This home is nicely decorated with a home feel. Beds are very comfortable with clean rooms and many amenities. Kitchen fully stocked. Owners answered emails quickly and accommodated a payment schedule that worked well for our family.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. Debbie made the payments super easy to handle. When we arrived the house was great! Very clean, clearly labeled & organized if anything was forgotten. I was getting married that weekend & the last thing we needed was to worry about the house & we defiantly did not need to! Anyone staying in Sea Isle check out if this house is available! They have items for the beach, to have nice cookouts & it's a GREAT spot close to everything! I highly recommend!!

Awesome house! loved the location!

My family of 12 loved the house! It was very clean and it had lots of room. The location was great with easy access to the beach, shops and bars. Would definitely stay her again..hopefully next year!!

Cleaning* - see remarks $175
Refundable damage deposit $400

$400 security deposit refundable 20 days after your stay. You may choose a security policy for a price but this is not refundable. See above damage protection fee. Security deposit is required at the time of booking. 2 night minimum at $395.00/night You have two options for payment. 1). Credit Card payment above or 2) payments may be spread over monthly/bi-monthly up until 15 days of your rental (only if you choose payment by check or money order). 50% must be collected by three months before your rental. We are open to payment plans that meet your needs, however, credit card payments are not an option with multiple payments. Personal checks are acceptable with the balance being paid in full 30 days prior to your vacation rental.
If you choose to clean yourself, cleaning products will provided and the cleaning fee will be returned to you (waived if by check). Please notify us of your choice for the cleaning option. Check in is 3pm - Check out is 10am. There has to be ample time to make repairs/perform inspections or clean between rentals. Vacating the premises late will result in additional $100/hr charge deducted from your deposit. Occasionally, early check in is possible if the house is ready. To gain entry into the property, a code will be emailed
(or texted) to you no later than Friday of the week of your vacation rental. The code will be activated Saturday, after 1:00pm. Holiday weekends are 3 night minimum.
3) A signed contract is required and will be mailed to you via email for your return to us.
4) Cancellation Policy is contingent upon us re-renting the week for full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be deducted from the deposit received.
