This two-bedroom, three-bathroom, multi-level condo sleeps eight across three queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. It features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a private balcony with partial mountain views. This rental includes access to two shared hot tub offering mountain views. Ideally located, this condo is just steps away from the Summit County bike/walk path and the free summit shuttle. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, the Frisco Adventure Park and historic Frisco Main Street; you are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

Just beyond the entryway is the updated full-size kitchen, offering granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Past the kitchen is the dining area featuring a beautiful wooden dining table with seating for six. The open concept living area has ample seating, a Smart TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and access to the private balcony. Head outside to the balcony to soak in the crisp mountain air and savor the breathtaking views. There is also outdoor seating for guest use.

Also on this level is the two bedrooms and laundry room. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom. Both updated private bathrooms features a shower/tub combination. In the hallway is a laundry closet with an oversized stackable washer and dryer.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and night requirement to reserve this vacation rental. The paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

I lo love the place,it has the perfect location, everything is just minutes away, the lake us just minutes away, walking the the downtown is jus few minutes driving, you have everything with in 5minuts, l love ut so much im planing in coming back, i definitely recommended.

Great Colorado Experience

A group of us went to colorado to ski for the first time and this place was great! Right in the center of so many amazing ski resorts. The town of Frisco itself was extremely night and had so many options for food/drinks and fun! The house was extremely clean and welcoming, we loved the fireplace and that we each had our own room with our own bathroom! The morning views from our balcony were great!

A Ruined Vacation, Terrible Property Management

We save year around for a long weekend of skiing with our kids!! A hot tub is one of, if not the the most important amenity in our decision making process. We have a family tradition of hitting the hot tub each evening after skiing, it's truly the best! On our first evening after skiing, the hot tub was lukewarm warm at best. Fortunately a nice lady representing the property came by to secure the 2 tubs and we notified her of this problem. The second night, again after a long day of skiing, we were very much looking forward to our expected hot tub experience. We all showed up in our bathing suits, towel in hand and appropriate attire and to our utter disappointment and dismay, both hot tubs were now ice cold and not working! No notice, no signs posted, no texts to us, no sign of effort to resolve.I immediately called/text/emailed the property management in my attempt to get this issue resolved-no success and another night without this much expected amenity and no return calls for updates or status of this issue.The property manager Adam, finally responded on day 3, he laid blame on the HOA for not responding and fixing the issue. Moreover, he stated this is an on going problem with them, which begs the question, why didnt he explain this from the beginning and why does this problem still exist? Their problem was conveniently transferred to us, now our problem! I pray that VRBO corporate reads this, such a big disappointment and even worse follow up and resolve.

Clean with issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is very nice, clean, and comfortable. We stayed two nights in early March for a ski vacation. The biggest problem is that the walk to the front door was covered by a sheet of ice. It is extremely dangerous, especially when carrying suitcases. Inside, we never found the parking passes. One of the three beds was lumpy and uncomfortable - the other two seemed newer and were fine. The kitchen cookware is also in bad shape. Other than these issues, we had a great time and enjoyed the location and one working hot tub (the other is broken).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit us well. We had 2 couples and a few kids staying together, and would rent here again. A few things to note: 1. This is a great place for 2 couples with kids because 2 rooms have attached bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom next to it in the hall, so it would be easy to add a 3rd couple. 2. One son slept on the futon with no complaints (college age- 6 foot guy).3. There is easy access to this 2nd floor unit through the garage. This made it easy to carry coolers and suitcases upstairs.4. The garage is small and won't fit suv's and trucks, but there is additional parking right across from the garage, so this was not a big deal for us. 5. The property management company was responsive when we called to make a minor repair.

Nice place & location but we had some problems

The apartment was nice & clean. Location was good, near to highway, near to shopping market etc. We had few issues with the property: 1.) The master bathroom shower faucet was broken. It did not close. We lost all hot water. (we felt so bad for water wastage). 2.) The master toilet was clogged and overflowed at 10 PM. There was emergency number we called and person answered and came at 1:30 AM. We had sleepless night. I am not complaining that issue was not resolved. Issues were resolved but our point is we did not buy the house we rented for 2 days, out of which we had 1st night clogging issue and 2nd day for shower faucet, the guy came at 2 PM and did some glue patch since part was not available. We landed up getting things fixed for the owner on both our days of stay. The overall setup was confusing, we got like 3-4 texts randomly from some numbers about issues, we dont know who the person was , was it owner , was it property management, was it plumber , was it local company. There was no apology email or text or notification, that we are sorry that this happened or anything. We paid FULL price and wasted few hours, our sleep , time and energy for something which we should not have done. House was clean , location was nice, overall our experience was little bitter , it did not ruin our vacation but we struggled. The property seems to have some plumbing issues according to us and should be addressed.

Good Location for Slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with 6 people. Half of our group did some snowboarding at Breckenridge and Copper. This condo was the perfect in between location for getting to both..less than 20 to Breck and 15 to Copper. We could have also gone to keystone and Cooper which were close by. The kitchen/living room area was very nice and roomy. Our group didn’t feel too crowded or on top of each other. Kitchen was very functional, we did make some meals here. Bedrooms each had their own bathroom, the top bedroom is the smallest and also gets the warmest. The beds were comfy and the linens were hotel quality. The only issue we had was one of the shower handles broke (prior to us arriving we were told this was being replaced and we actually ran into the maintenance guy leaving as we were arriving) we turned on the shower that night and could not get it to turn off, luckily the guys in our group were very handy and did some troubleshooting to get it turned off. Since it was not an emergency I sent a message to the host company and was told someone would come fix it. This was on Monday and no one ever came or followed up with us (we stayed until Thursday). Overall, for the price this was a great place to stay for our group. Would recommend.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
