The space includes access to the full home and a spacious flat/level half acre yard. The yard is partially fenced and surrounded by shrubs to offer privacy and a natural border. It is great for kids, dogs, and/or small outdoor get togethers. The main floor has two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, a full bath, and full kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs (Please note, upstairs bedrooms ceilings are slightly lower than average). One of our upstairs bedrooms is designed to be kids friendly, offering a crib, toddler bed, and kid friendly low twin bed as well as several baby/kid items for your use items such as books, toys, baby gate, etc. we love well behaved furry friends and are happy to help with basic supplies if needed. There is a flat rate pet fee of $232 per pet, per trip. Garage is not available to guest it is used by owner for storage. No basement access.
