Your Home Along the Way in Denali with consistent, excellent reviews

Home Along is a clean, custom, charming home filled with windows that look out to private land and views of the mountains. This spacious home has a private circular driveway and private parking area. It is a comfortable home with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen with dishwasher and quartz countertops, living room, sun room, a study area with large desk, deck and private lawns. It is owner-occupied in a completely separate space from the rental to follow HOA regulations.

Alaskans owners have been hosting guests for 37 years in Denali starting in 2026. Owners can provide rental cars and will book train tickets, flights, rafting, Husky Homestead Tours, ATVing, Fat Truck tours, even dinner theater tickets to save their guests time and money.

Hosts are happy to provide many tips and suggestions for your Denali National Park visit based on their personal experiences. They are Alaskans and live in Denali year-round.

This home offers privacy, but is close to restaurants, grocery stores, trails and especially...Denali National Park.

There are close to 3.5 acres with this property. It has BBQ, outdoor dining table for six, and Solo fire pit.

Your Home has an exclusive new washer and dryer, hanging racks, iron and ironing board in a separate laundry room. Supplies are provided.

There are so many extras provided with your rental: Bose Sound System, wood stove, Wolfe gas stove, five ceiling fans, shades and curtains on the windows, established lawn and berry patch, open concept, and wood accents for a cabin feel.

There is no hot tub. Owners provide games and Alaskan books. There are TV's in each bedroom. Wifi is fast and free, of course. Please add Your Home Along the Way to your Denali vacation.

Great Spot for Family Near Denali

We enjoyed the house and location in Healy very much. Our family of six (four adult kids) stayed together while we went back and forth to Denali National Park. It was an easy drive from Ann's place and we saw moose every time we drove back and forth which was a real highlight! None came into the yard but were close by in the neighborhood. The house had most things we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We all really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home.

The house was very comfortable & beautifully decorated! It was a great location for us since it was an easy drive to Denali National Park where we did some hiking. Also very close to the grocery store. House was as pictured, beds were comfortable, awesome master suite, & great views of the backyard. .

Comfortable Stay

Very comfortable place for two couples staying three nights in the Denali National Park area. Very nice living room area and patio. The kitchen was very well stocked making it really seem like home. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again!

What a wonderful house and close to Denali park, whitewater rafting, food, etc. This home was well stocked and had everything we needed besides food. We were thrilled to have moose families visit us daily. We highly recommend!

Denali Vacation

This property has a wonderful location, an easy drive to Denali National Park. The house is roomy and well stocked. It has a nice back deck which unfortunately we could not enjoy due to the smoke and ash from a relatively close wildfire. I marked cleanliness as a 4* as the trash had not been emptied in one of the bathrooms, TP had not been restocked in the bathrooms and the dishwaher was full of clean? dishes upon our check in. One suggestion: it would be wonderful to have a TV in the living room so that the whole family can watch a show or movie together.

Beautiful Private Home

We enjoyed this spacious private home only 15 minutes fom Denali Park. The hosts were very responsive to questions. The yard provided cover for wildlife and we saw a moose and 2 calves in the neighborhood!!!! This is a great place to stay and experience Alaska!!

Loved this house!

We had a short but very good stay at this property. We loved the house; it's not big but the master suite upstairs gives more privacy. It has big windows out back looking out onto a nice yard (rabbits visited every day) and the mountains. It is quick to get to the park but so private and quiet. The road is not paved, although easily passable in our rental car. The house was very clean and very well equipped. We'd love to stay here again!

Great launch point for Denali

Our family had a great stay. Everything was as described and photographed. Tons of space for everyone to crash after a busy day of hiking. Great location. Close to a couple of good restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Check in and out were simple and straightforward. Beds were comfy. Both bathrooms were large, clean, and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, secluded property

Very nice, spacious, clean and secluded property. Well stocked with everything we needed. Because of all of the trees, you can’t really see any neighbors, which is great. Location is a short drive to Denali National Park, and a small grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc are at the entrance to the neighborhood. Saw a moose about 100 yards from the house. We’d definitely stay here again if up in the Denali area.

Beautiful secluded home

Very nice home! Spacious bedrooms and gorgeous patio and backyard area. We didn’t expect it to be so secluded on dirt roads but it was very peaceful and quiet, didn’t see anyone else in the vicinity. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you would need. Just wish the main floor bedrooms had blackout drapes as the rooms were kind of light since the sun never set completely during our stay. I would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect Denali National Park stay!

This is THE Place to stay when visiting Denali National Park! Pros: 1. Location is ~15 minute to the park entrance 2.Spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, great for our family of 5 3.Home is more beautiful than the pictures, with updated kitchen and washer / dryer. 4.Great directions on check in / and easy check out. 5. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Cons: We only spent 2 nights there! If we ever have the chance to return to Denali, we will definitely stay here!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet home on a nice property in Healy. The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable too, which is a huge bonus in my book. The property is very conveniently located - a couple of blocks from a grocery store and gas station and then another block to a fantastic brewery, and just 10 minutes to the Denali park entrance. Ann and Terry are wonderful hosts! Excellent communicators and quick to respond when we had a question. They were also very helpful with suggestions for things to do when we were planning our trip. 10/10 would stay at their property again!

Heavenly Healy

Beautiful property. Very comfortable and home like. Very clean and the owners were very responsive and most gracious. We saw a very large female moose in the back yard on our first night. (We were certain that this was a good omen, and as it turns out it was!) We had booked a Denali tour bus but due to a recent fire in the area the tour had to be canceled. However we were able to get into the park by the next day to explore and hike on our own. We were blessed with good weather and were able to fully view the sometimes elusive Mountain.

Fabulous Home in Healy

I've stayed in many VRBOs and this a one of my favorites. Extremely well appointed and equipped. They even provide a cell phone charging disc in the family room. Overall it is very spacious and comfortable. The master bathroom has a vanity that my wife really liked. Dual sinks in the master bath with a separate shower and toilet area. Very spacious master closet. The laundry room is wonderful with a new washer and dryer. We did not use the 2 downstairs bedrooms but they were well appointed with great closet organizers. The location is great. Very close to the major grocery store and close to restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and will recommend it to anyone I know visiting Denali.

Cozy Alaskan home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Our favorite part was the wall of windows on the back of the home which could be enjoyed from the master bedroom and just outside the dining room. Beautiful view of the mountains and we even saw a few wild rabbits! Well equipped, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the blackout shades in the master bedroom and the back bedroom but would have liked some in the front, yellow bedroom as well. Those of us from outside Alaska can have a hard time settling down with it still so beautiful outside! The house must be amazingly well insulated because it was quite warm even with the air turned down and some windows opened but we were ok. Neighborhood is cute, a small store up the road, and an easy scenic drive to Denali NP. 49th State Brewery just down the road made for a wonderful dinner. Although we were only there for 2 nights, it would make a great place for a long term stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay, close to Denali National Park but still away from all the crowds. If you like wildlife this place is for you. Would diffidently stay there again. The host was so good at helping us out with all the activities that can be done in the area. We loved the Husky Homestead Tour. It was close to all shops/stores you would need.

Home Along the Way in Denali is close to the Park and to attractions but is in a private subdivision with a private driveway and private parking. According to HOA guidelines, the home has to be owner-occupied, but the owners are in a separate area from the rental unit. The back of the home is lined with windows that look out to the lawn and mountain views.

The house and kitchen are well-stocked in amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Need a rice cooker? It's there. Need a coffee grinder? It's there.

Guests have privacy, but are close to Denali National Park, best restaurants, stores and attractions. Knowledgeable hosts can save their guests time and money. Hosts provide tour desk help and rental cars. The new owners of this clean and comfortable property have been hosting guests in Denali for 36 years.
