Welcome to our beautiful lake house on Lake Palestine, just south of Tyler, TX! This stunning 5400 sqft home is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to escape the city and enjoy some peace and tranquility by the lake.

As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, large windows, and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for your group, including a large island for meal prep, and a dining table.

The house features two upstairs master suites, each with its own private bathroom, comfortable king-sized bed, and stunning lakeside views. The additional bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and the house can accommodate parties up to 18.

For the golf enthusiasts in your group, there is a golf simulator. After a day of golfing, sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Lake Palestine from the comfort of your own home. The golf simulator doubles as a home theater with seating for fourteen. Perfect for movie nights and sporting events.

When you're ready to relax, head outside and take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

A few items to note:
Limit of 18 guests.

Golf equipment is not provided. You will need to bring your own clubs and balls to use the golf simulator.

The hot tub can be heated if the outside temperature is above 40 degrees. (The hot tub enters freeze mode automatically once the temperature drops below 40.) The pool is not heated.

A pack and play can be provided upon request.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding on the beds (please don’t make the beds so maids know which ones have been slept in). Leave all used towels in the laundry room.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave (dishwashing pods are located under the sink). Please include the coffee pot, if used!
Please place all trash (including bathroom trash) in the outdoor trash can. Trash pick-up days are Tuesdays, so please put the trash can by the street if leaving on Tuesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for our large party! We especially loved the beautiful lake views, sunsets, and hot tub! The kitchen was accommodating and we had a lot of fun in the theater and game room. There were a limited number of towels, and we had wished there was more of that and better "mood" lighting in the living room. Thank you for having us!

Amazing Family Vacay

Word cannot describe. The layout and design of the house was perfect for us and our children and their families. The pool and the view were perfect! We played golf and watched movies together in the theater/golf simulator room, swam, played games, fished, cooked, and simply enjoyed spending time together. The host was very accessible and even brought us a package that we had sent to the address! Wonderful accommodations!! Couldn’t recommend more highly!!

Lovely for our family gathering

We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had such a fun and relaxing time! The pictures don't do the property justice. Such a beautiful home and location. We loved the pool and hot tub and had a great time improving our golf skills on the simulator. We'll definitely stay here again of its available and we're in town.

There are so many things to do in this beautiful house. Games and ping pong and the theatre room with golf simulator. The pool was amazing. And the view incredible. This is a perfect place for a family get together.

Spectacular house

What an incredible stay. We had a large extended family gathering for a nearby wedding, and everyone was beyond impressed with this house. The two master bedrooms are spectacular, as is the great room, the theater (complete with golf simulator that really does work -- bring your own clubs and balls), the pool and spa, the electric full living area shade from the afternoon sun, etc. A wonderful escape, very pleasant stay in a safe gated community.

Beautiful spacious home

Our family gathers each Labor Day weekend and we had outgrown previous places. This home had so much space and all the amenities we needed. The bonus was the beautiful pool and super fun golf simulator and media room. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking on the grill outside. Hope to return next year!!
