Picturesque two-story, 3 BR/3 B lake house with separate guest quarters. Fully-furnished with a waterfront backyard and private dock with direct access to the lake

Come stay at my lovely home on Lake Palestine. It is the perfect escape from busy life, whether it be for a week-long family vacation or a weekend on your own. Enjoy getting back in touch with the outdoors by going fishing, boating, kayaking, having a picnic in the yard, or sipping on your morning coffee as you listen to the soft crash of the waves on the shore. However, your vacation isn’t too far from the big city amenities. Chandler, which is a wonderful choice of dining, is just 10 minutes away. Tyler, TX is filled with fine dining of every variety and loads of entertainment, from an amazing zoo to movie theaters to endless shopping opportunities and just a 30 minute drive. The Villages Resort is just a 5 minute boat drive to a full service marina. The Villages Resort also boasts a fantastic indoor water park.

Our home is fully-furnished and the perfect size for couples, small families, or your group of friends and fur babies.

Please ensure kayaks and peddle boat are placed fully under the covered area and turned upside down,
Please place all outside chairs around fire out. Leave patio furniture on back porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be courteous of property boundaries Ensure dock furniture is on grass upon your departure You may need ice, propane, firewood, and charcoal as needed

Check-in was ok.The kitchen facilities was great.Could use a bigger frying pan.I would also suggest putting a sign in front of your pier, so guests will know which one to use.

Thank You!! There are several sizes of frying pans from small to large and a wok. What would you have in mind to add? Neighbors on either side of me do not have water docks / piers. So mine is the only one directly in line with the back yard. And as represented in checkin pictures. Two houses down thru two back yard is another dock. I’ll considered signage but not sure what would best represent, maybe a property address sign ??

What a wonderful lake front property! We had an amazing stay. Stores close by and endless fishing opportunities! We caught catfish from the kayaks and fished from the dock most nights! Great place for a family vacation!

The house was clean and cozy and the views were amazing! The kayaks and paddle boat were a lot of fun! The guest house was perfect for the two 16 year old boys to have their own place to hang out in. I wish our stay had been longer.

LOVED our stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. We had everything we needed. Such a peaceful place. We had four teenage girls with us and they never got bored. Swam off the dock, fished, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Will definitely be back!

My daughter and I have always enjoyed water activities together, I grew up spending summers at my Father's lake cabin. Seeing how beautiful and peaceful it is, we decided it was something we wanted to be able to share with our friends and other families. Why not open our home up to the VRBO community? It is truly a sight to behold and after such a tumultuous previous years for our economies, this year we figured everyone could use a little serenity in their lives.

Our dock opens up into one of the largest parts of the lake where there are no stumps. It is a great place to simply cruise around in your boat, fish or to enjoy some water sports! Offers direct access to the lake.
