Very clean. Good location. All the rooms are a nice size and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality appliances/utensils/dishes that are well maintained. The host was great. We loved our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were super comfy. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend. The host was so kind and they have a directory with all the information you need to make your stay easy and accommodating.

The house has been renovated, decorated beautifully and everything was modern & clean. I have been traveling with friends for 30 years and have stayed in many VRBOs. This house was the best stocked we have ever experienced. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and the university. There is even an office with access to a printer if needed and access to several streaming services. The host followed up to see if we needed assistance with anything. Overall a great travel experience.

We came to town for a football game, and while our team may have taken the loss, this adorable house was an absolute win from the moment we arrived.Honestly, we were all joking around trying to find *one* thing the house didn’t provide for guests - and we couldn’t do it. It was so thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, clean, and welcoming that it truly felt like someone had anticipated every little need before we even knew we had it. From the cozy details to the practical conveniences, this place had it all.The home was incredibly cute, beautifully kept, and made our whole weekend feel special.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Great stay & location!

Absolutely perfect spot especially if you have to go to Pearl street often. We came in town for a wedding and it was perfect! Super clean & the property was stocked with things we needed. The host was super friendly, will definitely stay again!
