Dear Helen, We're thrilled to hear that you loved the place and had a great stay overall! We’re sorry to hear the pool wasn’t up to its usual standard of cleanliness during your visit. As it's maintained by the HOA, its upkeep is unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we're happy to share that the HOA has since had it cleaned, and it’s now sparkling clean 😊 Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
