This home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone. The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. Great shops/food/drinks all within easy walking distance. The host was very responsive, the dryer went out while we were there but they had someone out same day to look at it and fixed the next day.

Dirty. A bunch of broken things including freezer, pool, and drawers. Walls are nasty, pet hair on counters upon checkin. Terrible communication, trash in pool, zin and cigarettes under couch and in cupboard

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property was everything the description promised. It was spacious, clean, pool was amazing, and access to the beach was quick and easy. Within easy walking distance of restaurants, ice cream, and the area was great for walking. We would definitely secure this property again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the worst experience we have had so far. We come to Panama City every year usually through Vrbo sometimes through EDC and this was the worst experience by far.. the home says they have a private pool. Well there is a pool in the backyard however, a couple years ago I stayed at this place and upon arrival the pool was filthy. We contacted someone they sent someone out that same day they took care of it. We wasn’t able to swim in it until the following night, but at least they responded and took care of things this time we called them the day upon arrival to let them know the pool again looked filthy and was not moving water. I texted it and called an emailed with the company and the manager several times before I could get an answer back when they sent someone over to look at it turns out the pump was broken so we never had access to the private pool. Our entire stay there was other things that also went wrong, but this was the major issue since we rented it for the House after several attempts to try and get in contact with someone we finally got an email back saying they would review our request asking that we be compensated for the pool house that we run out with a private pool, which we had no access to the entire week we stayed. We have been back home for a month now and we still have no answers and I am still every day. Emailing the manager Jonathan, who doesn’t want to seem to deal with any issues or problems every day I have texted emailed to him since 1 September when we arrived, and I have only had two responses back during that time which never answered any question that I had terrible the house is in a wonderful place. It is very spacious, but it was not clean and then we had other issues that they actually addressed while we were there.

The property was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The check-in process could not have been easier, and communication with the host was excellent. The location is great, the pool fantastic, and the house has the most well stocked kitchen of any vacation home/condo I have ever rented. We had a great week and couldn't be happier with our choice to rent this house.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I decided to bring our kids along, and the bunk room was perfect! Our friends really enjoyed themselves, and the area is in the midst of everything!
