A fully equipped apartment with parking in a great location with quick access to Brickell and a few blocks away from CocoWalk. You will love the apartment & its location!

The apartment is located on the Second floor (stairs are needed to access the unit).

Equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, shared washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-family complex that is not wheelchair-accessible (stairs are needed to enter the unit).

Please be aware that the location of the property is near concurrent railroad tracks, crossing from one station to another.

The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a cozy room with a queen size bed and smart tv. A sofa bed is available in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Not what I thought

The place had a new make over, but it had old bones. Water pressure was random, the window glass is single pane. The noise from the busy neighborhood was constant. So overall, the cleanliness was good and new appliances. I seemed to get inidated with emails. One sentence greeting and then a full page reminder of all the things you are NOT supposed to do. Several comical communications with host. There was an iron, ironing board cover, but no iron board. Asked for that, was told housekeeping informed him, no boards are provided. The primary reason for my overall displeasure is the noise. One, the rail system is right there and constant. With the windows offering no sound insulation this is an issue. Next, the neighbors had a party one evening with a loud speaker and DJ. This started at 10:15 PM. I emailed the host after a couple hours and no reply until next day. His reply was completely an empathetic and simple stated it was an external factor. Nothing he could do. I called the non emergency number at 1:30 AM or they were wonderful. There were good things about my stay, but completely shadowed by the issues above.
