Comunicación was not good. As a suggestion we recommend to have 2 pillows with pillow cases, they only have the sham pillows. Location was excellent, we were not there at day time but nights were quiet. Good place to stay for a few days.

Fernando’s place was perfect for us. Very comfortable and conveniently located. Panera, Target, Black Sheep Coffee, Chipotle are just across from the property. (Highly recommend Black Sheep Coffee.) Parking is off street. Everything we needed. Loved Fernando, who happened to be on site when we arrived. It is not “fancy” but was absolutely everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Fernando!

Someone else was living in our place when we got there. No wifi, Nor phone coverage on either of our phones, No internet, nor TV coverage. Therefore, we could not communicate with our host nor Vrbo. When we were directed to the right "Bungaloo" there were bugs, living and dead obvious around the framing of the windows and elsewhere. No shower mat, so when you exited the shower, the water from your feet mixed with the unclean floor to form a muidlike substance on the floor. Two bath towels and only one handtowel for 2 adults. The one rack to hag towels on was in pieces so we hads tgo find someplace to lay them down. The bathroom was soooo small. It is a great location , IF someone guttted the property and somehow added wifi and 3G, 4G, or 5G covereage so a cellphone could work. The airconditioner did work adequately, but the White-noise made it hard to sleep. We didn't attempt to look at the sign-in procedure until we got there, but could not access it because of no internet , no phone. We thought using Vrbo was a great option since they always have someone to assist travelers 24/7, but if there is no cell phone nor internet, they are useless. We did contact the host Fernando (when leaving the property) and he appologized and got us a bathmat (too big to fit the unbelieveable small bathroom), replaced the towel rack and another hand towel. We put our 2 luggage, one on the table and the other on the kitchen counter. Like living next to a Panera and a Jungle.

We have never stayed in a rental property that was so dirty specifically the floors. We walk with our socks on and within a few minutes they where black of dirt we had to go buy cleaning products to do some cleaning. Specifically do to the rack we had our 3 year old grand son

Good price for the area. Near Coconut Grove. Everything felt clean.- There were a few flys/sugar ants in the house.- Smallest bathroom I've ever seen.- No sheets/blanket for the pullout couch.
