Welcome to a spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable home in downtown Durham, thoughtfully set up for medical stays, longer work visits, and guests traveling with pets.
Many guests choose this home while visiting Duke University Hospital, the VA Hospital, or Duke University, and appreciate having a calm place that feels easy to live in during what can be stressful or busy times.
The space
Cozy 2 bedrooms, 1 bath home on a corner lot. Comfy queen beds. Nice front yard with a glorious tree, sitting area and fire pit. Parking for 3 cars in driveway.
Many guests specifically mention how much their dogs loved the yard and how much easier it made their stay without the stress of nighttime walks or unfamiliar streets.
The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials, there are plenty of towels, reliable fast WiFi (Spectrum 1 Gbps), and a washer and dryer.

Donna loves to decorate and fuss over our 4 short-term rentals. I like to supply and fix them when needed. Love to hike - Everest Base Camp, Cho La and Renga La Passes, all over 17,300'. Hiked the Colorado Trail in two segments 304 miles and 184 miles (Denver to Durango). Love live music - MerlFest, FloydFest and locals. Two wonderful grandchildren.
