This is a beautifully renovated house in the heart of the Folly Beach that is great for big groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, families, and anyone who is here to enjoy Charleston and all it has to offer! The space can hold up to 14 guests.
Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the seasonal markets. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-minute drive to historic tours, harbor walks, carriage rides, world-class dining, theater, boutique shopping, and the South Carolina Aquarium.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
Upon booking, you agree to the following statement:
