Hi, Hollis! Thank you so much for the review. It's great to hear the size and location were just right for your family. We're so sorry for the delay getting in at 4pm. Peak summer days get crazy busy for our turnover teams, but we know waiting outside with groceries is really frustrating. We really appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again in the future. Thank you for choosing Charleston Coast Vacations!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Adrian! We are thrilled to hear that the house was comfortable for your party of six and that you loved the pool area and all of the outdoor seating on the screened porches. It's also great to know that the elevator made unloading luggage a breeze and that our customer service team took great care of you. We really appreciate you sharing that excellent advice regarding the VayK gear credit, too. Ordering 48 hours in advance is the absolute best way to ensure everything is ready and waiting on arrival day. We are so grateful you chose Charleston Coast Vacations and we hope to welcome you all back again soon!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're really glad the space worked well for your family and we appreciate the kind words about our pool service. We'll be sure to pass that along. We hear you on the heated pool and the Keurig. Those are great suggestions and helpful feedback as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. We hope you'll consider staying with us again and we'd love the chance to make your next visit even better!

Thank you for taking the time to review The Okeanos. The black pipe on the beach was part of beach renbourishment that replenishes the sand from erosion. The renourishment has been completed and the black pipe removed. We hope despite this neccessary beach work that everyone was able to enjoy beautiful Folly Beach.

We're glad you had a fantastic time at the Okeanos, Evan! Unfortunately, the weather here in SC doesn't always like to cooperate. We hope that we have the opportunity to host your group again during the guaranteed hot months!

Thank you for taking the time to review The Okeanos. We consider guest feedback a critical part of our operation, especially during the summer, as our time in the homes is limited to a short window of time just once a week and information provided by those living in the homes for extended periods of time is necessary for smooth operation. That being said, our goal is for each of our guests to have a seamless and relaxing experience. We are a local team that works diligently to address concerns and accommodate requests during our guests' stays. This particular cleaning company typically preforms at a high level and sincerley apologize that the home was not up to their usual standards. We have provied this feedback to them to ensure future guest have a seamless and relaxing stay. We hope that despite this disruption that everyone enjoyed beautiful Folly Beach. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and that several issues impacted your stay. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused upon arrival. Not having full access codes upfront is unacceptable, and we’ve already reviewed and updated our check-in communication to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We also regret the condition of the home didn’t reflect the standards we strive to maintain. While our team does perform regular inspections, it's clear that several items were missed or need more urgent attention, including the blinds, porch screen, furniture, and fan wiring. These are now being addressed directly with our maintenance and cleaning staff. We’re truly sorry that the state of the home took away from the great location and potential of the space. Your feedback helps us improve,
