Wake up to the sound of waves and sweeping ocean views in this stunning oceanfront getaway. Designed for both comfort and style, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm.

Step outside to your private deck overlooking the shoreline — ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing under the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant dining and lounge areas perfect for gathering with friends and family.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, premium linens, and serene coastal décor. The two spacious bathrooms feature dual sinks and tubs to complete your relaxation experience. Spiral staircase accesses the rooftop deck from an oceanfront bedroom.

On a 60th birthday trip with the girls. Wonderful place to be, wish we could have stayed longer. The decks were a lovely spot to be when we weren’t on the beach.The beds were extremely comfortable. And the neighbors were lovely!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures showed. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

This house is in the most perfect spot on Folly! We love being away from all the crowds. The kids had the best time on the beach and walking to the end of the island was so easy from there. The rooms were set up perfectly for different aged kids, parents, and grandparents. One of the best houses we have stayed in. Scott is an excellent host, very quick to respond and very helpful! 10 out of 10 would come back!

Staying at this Folly Beach house was absolute perfection. The home sits right on the beach, giving us front‑row seats to some of the most breathtaking sunrises I’ve ever seen. The beach itself was spotless, peaceful, and just steps from the back door. Inside, the house was immaculate—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully maintained. It felt like a true coastal retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous place to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Great host who responded quickly to anything we needed. Our son got engaged at the lighthouse, and this home was the perfect place for our family to stay during such a special weekend!

Did not have the basics. There was only one beach towel. There was no sponges to do dishes with, and there was very little towels. A couple of the glasses were cracked as well, and the pans were horrible to use as everything stuck to them. The house itself was good, but what it came with was not. I would think for the money that we paid, the basic essentials would be appropriate.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location, far enough from the busy part of town to feel peaceful and relaxing, but still just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Having the beach right in the backyard was incredible and made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place for our women’s beach getaway, and we made so many great memories. We’re already talking about making this an annual trip and hope to come back again next year!

Beautiful oceanfront home. The place is actually bigger than the pictures listed. The house had a bunch of beach chairs and plenty of toys for the kids, so don't need to worry about bringing any of that. The house is near the end of Folly so it is much quieter and can walk to see the lighthouse and Ravenel Bridge. The host was very quick and responsive to some of my questions before the stay. Highly recommend this property! We plan on staying at this house again in the future!

Great house! Obviously the location is unbeatable when you're beachfront so it was only uphill from there. Scott was great with not only communicating but also taking to action when there was a need (e.g. we needed extra towels). The kitchen was well stocked & there were extra blankets as well as floor fans in each room. Also plenty of beach chairs, boogey boards & beach toys on hand.
