Location is wonderful and host is very responsive. However, the property is somewhat dated. Additional towels will be great as we were only provided with one thin towel per person for 4 nights.

I'm glad you appreciated the location, but some things you have been written that aren't true. Each guest in my house has: a shower towel, a face towel, slippers, and shower gel and shampoo, so why write that you only had one towel? Furthermore, the house was renovated 3 years ago, how can you say it's dated? Perhaps you haven't fully understood the historical context in which you stayed, in a thousand-year-old city, in the first district where Rome was founded. Perhaps a little more respect for the people who are working there would be helpful instead of writing untruthful things...

We had a wonderful stay in this Rome apartment. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to major sights, public transit, restorants and grossery stores. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. Communication with our host Gabriele was smooth and helpful. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

Excellent place to stay! Clean apartment that was the perfect size for me and my husband. Super close to many of Rome’s main attractions. And Gabriele was excellent - he came to the property to meet us and showed us how things worked in the apartment. He was also quick and responsive whenever we had questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was beautiful. Very easy to find and access. It was exactly as described. It was an easy walk to the Coliseum and Rome Forum. There are a lot of choices for food in the area. Our host was easily reached and very responsive. We would rent here again if we return.

We love staying in Monti; it's like being in a small town in the center of a big city.This property was excellent for our most recent stay. It's wonderfully located and was entirely sufficient for our needs. It was clean and very comfortable. Gabriele is a superior host. From the check-in through the stay, the communications could not have been better. Everything about the stay here was top-rated. This is an apartment we would stay in again without hesitation.

Great apartment, it had everything that was required for 7 days. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, Colosseum and Roman Forum. Gabriele was very welcoming on our arrival and more than happy to help with information. A great host.

This is a great apartment in an excellent location about six blocks from a metro station in the Monte neighborhood, a very lively area with lots of restaurants, about ten blocks from the colosseum.The apartment itself was in a large apt building on a small side street with a main entry that is staffed during the day, and locked at night. There is a quiet courtyard area on the second floor (by American definition) with a locked door to access the the third floor where the apt is located. Access to it is by an electronic door lock. So security is first rate. The place is extremely quiet day and night, surprising given how chaotically busy this area is (like most of Rome). We rarely heard any noise. There are AC units in both the front living/dining/kitchen area and in the bedroom. These are separated by the a bathroom and a small utility closet with a washer. The AC in the main room isn't particularly powerful, but the one in the bedroom is, and kept it very cool during the fairly hot weather we had during our stay.Everything was perfectly clean throughout the apt, including the kitchen appliances and supplies. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable. There's a bidet. The shower stall is the only thing someone may have issue with as it is extremely small. The apt itself is quite spacious however.Communication with the host was excellent. Gabriele is responsive, friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyable week in Via Baccina

An ideal location within 30 minutes walk of most of Rome's attractions, but also close to Cavour Metro too. Monti is a vibrant place with lots of boutique shops to explore. The apartment had plenty of room for a couple and the little kitchen was sufficient enough to cook simple pasta meals in. I would certainly stay here again.

Quick trip

We had many issues getting to Rome, Gabrielle was amazing and extremely helpful when another location did not work out. This location was perfect and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We will absolutely stay here in the future

Could Not Be Better

Spent 3 nights with a wonderful property manager and apartment in a perfect area. Very much recommend this property to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay over the weekend in Gabriele‘s appartment. Close to all important spots in old town room. Many restautants and Bars around. Despite busy surroundings it is a quiet appartment. Fully equipped, you do not miss anything. Gabriele was personally present at check-in to help with all the details. We would come back!

Delightful!

Gabriele was a very accommodating and kind host. The apartment was exactly as described and gave us a wonderful start to our time in Italy. In addition, he gave us great information about where to find groceries as well as restaurants. He was very responsive and we were very comfortable reaching out to him as needed. My Family and I are so grateful for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality shown to us by our host, Gabriele during our stay in Rome. From his warm greeting at our arrival to his “spot on” restaurant recommendations made our stay absolutely amazing!!! A true gem of a stay!

What an incredibly wonderful stay. The apartment is impeccably clean and has every single thing you would need. The bed was so comfortable, and they even provided a soft and harder pillow. Gabriel was prompt, attentive and informative. Of the 5 locations/accommodations I stayed at during my time in Italy, this one was the best. The location was amazing. Every single thing you could want is just steps away. I loved that I could just pop in and freshen up and go right back out. Such a well equipped apartment and thoughtful host left few questions. When I had a question, Gabriel responded immediately and was able to provide the information I needed. I felt so safe and "at home" here. My only hesitation in writing this review is that his place might not be available the next time I want to stay. Thank you so much for this amazing time. I am so grateful.🙏
