This classic farmhouse is the perfect place for larger friends groups or family, with 4 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an open concept main floor living and dining area. Enjoy the dedicated spaces within the house or relax with a game of pool, a good book, and/or a glass of local wine. Outside you'll find a tranquil backyard setting, equipped with a year-round hot tub, outdoor dining area, BBQ and a fire pit.The Kelly can accommodate 8 adults (age 12+) and 4 children (age 2-12) as per the property's short term accommodation license.STA License # ST-2021-0284

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

The house was gorgeous and the location was excellent. We were two families with 4 kids among us (ages 3-8). The big backyard, quiet street and large cozy bedrooms were terrific and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

Bright, modern farmhouse is a lovely place for a county stay

My family and I stayed in the farmhouse over the Easter weekend. The house is bright, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. I appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. A really nice place set amongst farmers fields.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly Road! The farmhouse was nicely renovated, spacious, clean and had all amenities we might need. Very close to the beach and a peaceful spot. Hot tub and pool table perfect for some evening recreation. We weren't able to get through to the fire department to activate the burn permit (some sort of system issue) so couldn't have a fire, but the fire pit and chairs did look inviting!

could have been better

First impression was not good. The island in the kitchen filled with dirty dishes. House had lots of flies in the house. We washed all the dishes and killed many flies as we could. The cleaner needs to care more. The beds and bathrooms were great. It is a very nice country house. To bad we got off to a rough start.
