Our stay was even better than expected. The property is lovely and peaceful. Very warm and inviting. Indoors was clean, very comfortable, and uniquely arranged for the guests. My friend and I definitely have this on our, Let's do it again list.

Lotus Bend is now our top #1 choice if we come back this way. When you pull in you are welcomed by an absolutely stunningly beautiful property. Its very serene and quiet and you do not feel like you are close to Austin. Location was great 30 mins from Austin and 30 mins from new braunfels. The apartment is beautiful and wonderfully decorated. You just feel at home. Alfonzo was welcoming and friendly and you can tell he loves this place. We highly recommend Lotus Bend.

The scenic treehouse was better than expected!!! The photos don’t show how big it is! We were surprised by the 2 bedrooms and 2 sinks and toilets! The windows let in much light and the screened in porch above the beautiful grounds was our favorite spot! Even on the rainy day-sooooo peaceful. And walking the labyrinth! And the bees!!! This is a special place !

Overall this was a good stay. The on-site host is the father and he was very welcoming. The views are beautiful, the grounds were nice, and we dug the rooms. The only issue I had was when I went to fill the water in the Keurig it hadn't been cleaned out (water from previous person, so it was dirty). One other note is that there was a community gathering on the deck that is at the bottom of the stairs that lead up to the apartment, which is fine, but would have been nice to have a heads up. Again, overall a good stay.
