Beautiful serene property tucked away among the privacy of trees. Very peaceful, clean and perfect for a weekend get away but yet close to Wimberly and dripping springs for those who like to venture out. Host responded quickly to any questions. We would recommend for couples wanting to spend quality time together, having morning coffee on the front porch Thank you for letting us share a part of your property.

The cabin was a dream! Everything was great and the host provided all the needs for our stay. This 1850's cabin was immaculent in every way. We loved it so much we hated to leave. One day soon we hope to visit again.

This was our second stay and we loved it at least as much as the first time. The area is surrounded by trees, and the cabin and hot tub are secluded and private. The open-air hot tub is great for morning coffee, and the cabin is clean and comfortable. The host is also friendly and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

This was a gift to my daughter and son in law, they arrived after their wedding Friday 3/13. The said it was adorable, loved the decor, the hot tub was great and the bed very comfortable. They had a great weekend!!!

We loved our stay at this 100 year old cabin. From the moment we arrived it felt welcoming and full of character that was cozy, spotless, and full of charm. The location was perfect for our needs— peaceful yet close to everything. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings. Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing getaway! We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Beautiful, isolated, restored cabin from the 1800’s. Not in town or close to stores or restaurants, but that is what we wanted. The only rental on 50 acres.

The perfect getaway in the hill country! Private, historical log cabin with scenic views, an incredible interior, amazing jacuzzi, plenty of wildlife, and the added bonus of the property pets. Hank and Lily are the sweetest polar bears, Summer the husky is the floofiest and sang to us. Allie the cat is very sweet. We also met a very playful pointer. The host, Tricia, has such an amazing property and we are so glad we spent our anniversary/my birthday there. The German apple pecan bread left for us in the kitchen was an absolute treat. Hillside Cabin is in the perfect location between Dripping Springs, Wimberley and Driftwood. The bed is extremely comfortable and the AC is crispy cold. The shower has fantastic water pressure. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The TV has streaming services and there are movies and table top games within the cabinet as well. I loved getting to write an entry in the guestbook too. The cabin is the perfect mix of rustic comfort and modern amenities that you need. Thank you for an amazing break from life, I will recommend this place to everyone and we look forward to getting to return to Hillside Cabin!

Beautiful cabin inside and out! Cozy, comfy and the perfect romantic getaway. Hot tub was a great addition and front porch swing was lovely in the morning with coffee as you take in the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the Driftwood Estate Winery just across the street and close drive to Wimberley Cafe and Square. We will surely be back again soon!
