Private Lakefront House: Fish, Kayak, Pets and EV Charge

Christine and I live in Arvada, Colorado with our dog AJ. All three of us love the outdoors as most of us in Colorado do! Christine works in higher education and I work in the engineering field.

We focus much of our energy on helping to love and serve others at work, with friends and family and hosting our private lake front property in Charlevoix, Michigan.

Our place has a quiet beauty that immediately captures the eye when you walk through the front door. Stretching out before you are the views of our beautiful lake as seen through our wall of glass doors. The lake has very few houses and even less boats. Trees the property to give comfortable privacy.

The morning brings pastel sunrises over the water, daylight flows softly into the room during the day and a blanket of stars can be seen from the balcony at night. Make lifetime memories with the family at the firepit along the shore as you hear an occasional fish or frog jump.

Watch the ducks and geese in the morning right from our balcony and occasionally see the eagle and the two great herons that live on the lake. If you are fortunate enough, you can watch the moon rise reflected off the water right from your easy chair in the living room. Take the kayak out just before sunset and watch the last light of day fade. Good size bass have been caught on this lake; inquire with us about our fishing boat and gear available for rent.
