House was clean and a good location. Our only 2 concerns were that there were only 4 chairs at the dinner table and the swimming pool did not have enough seats to accommodate at least 12 people. It was 2 chairs and a lounge chair that could be shared. Maybe provide enough seating for the amount of people that the house can accommodate.

Fun place to stay with a groupe of frined. Has pool and game room. It is a bit of a drive to downtown but over all good place to stay!

I hate doing this but. When we arrived there was a guy in the house fixing a tv kinda weird after we were told we could check in. There was trash on the floor in a couple of the rooms. Spiders in one room little babies and a big one. Broken floor tiles in the game room. The deck outside needs redone stepped on nails heads sticking of the deck and got slivers in my feet.

As soon as you mentioned the trash, we were able to have someone at the house to take care of it within 15 minutes. we are proud of how fast our team can respond to guest needs. Regarding the TV repair, we were simply trying to ensure everything was working for your stay, but we’ll make sure maintenance is finished well before check-in next time. I also want to reassure you and our future guests that the deck has been fully repaired and the nails are all taken care of. We hope you had a good rest of your trip!

Very nice place

It was very clean and well kept. We loved the pool and the game room. Checking in was very easy and simple. Whenever we have questions the host would reply fast and answer any we had. We had a great time being in that house and everything that came with. I would definitely book again.

5 day stay

My group and I stayed here while in town for a bodybuilding competition and this property worked well for us. Plenty of room, had a pool for the teen age girls, close to a lot of stores and food. No issues and easy check in. Property management checked in via app to make sure everything was going well.

Inside house was great. Outside needs work. We looked into this house bc of the pictures posted and it was not it. Pool was filthy. Owner was great. Answered every question we had. No complaints on that.

Family trip

We traveled to Houston for a concert and chose this property for the game room and pool we loved it the game room kept everyone entertained as the weather was a little to cool to enjoy the swimming pool for long after the sun went down we will definitely stay again at this location on our next trip to Houston host was quick to respond to my questions and made check in very easy 😀 👍

The home is set up very nicely and cozy. Pool looked great but couldn't use it because the weather wasn't warm enough and the pool is not heated. Overall, we had a great stay and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

The property was exactly as described! The amount of space is incredible! I do not believe we could have found a better place to stay. The Host was very prompt to answer questions and address minor concerns. I will use this property again.
