Elegant and updated two bedroom, two private bathroom condo just west of Tamiami (Route 41) in Naples- less than 2 miles to gulf access. The exclusive 31 acre complex is nestled in a designated nature preserve. Close to everything the condo is conveniently located only a few minutes to Delnor Wiggins State Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, and/or Barefoot Beach, Mercato and 15 minutes to Coconut Pointe Mall. Ft. Myers International Airport is 20 minutes away by car or Uber.

This gorgeous unit has 1800 sq ft. with cathedral ceilings and a huge lanai with a second kitchen on the lanai overlooking the lake with a waterfall. The bedrooms both have queen beds and adjoining bathrooms. The living room has 2 leather sofas that recline. There is a large smart TV in living room, and in each bedroom. The washer and dryer are in a separate utility room inside the unit. Fully equipped kitchen.

Unit has bikes, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, large selection of books and beach equipment. Walking trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, county and city parks and of course superb beaches all nearby. All levels of restaurants from casual dining, sports bar & grills, breakfast, continental, steak houses and fine dining all nearby; both local and national chain restaurants. Great deli across the street. All level of shopping minutes away. Large heated pool overlooking lake on property.

Naples condo review

The condo was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. It was private and quiet. The pool was very nice. The bicycles came in very handy! The owner was easily accessible with any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Livin' large in North Naples

This unit was as advertised - spacious, clean and up to date. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Lanai was very comfortable - great place for reading and enjoying your morning coffee. Nice to have a garage available. Good location with easy access to local beach or to hwy. Owner responds to questions promptly. I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful Condo and Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our month stay at this condo. It is immaculate. Relaxing on the lanai and listening to the waterfall was our favorite thing to do each morning. The kitchen was large and easy to work in. The guest bedroom and bath can close off to be private if you have someone stay with you. Master bed and bath was also very large. It was a plus to stay in this nice, quiet, gated community and having a garage to park the car was also a plus. Ray was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great place, great location

We've just finished a two month stay at the unit and absolutely loved it. Very nicely appointed, the unit basically had everything - including a TV we rolled out to the lanai for evening viewing. Spent almost every late afternoon at the complex's pool where the water was perfect and the other residents were super friendly. Rte 41 (Tamiami) sits right outside the gated community and is both extremely convenient for getting basically anywhere and yet, the apt. is completely insulated (noise-wise) from the traffic. If the unit was able to house children - in our case, grandchildren - which it isn't, we'd be back there in a heartbeat next year. In sum, excellent rental. Very, very satisfied.

Falling Waters March 20th - April 17th

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening conversation on your amazing over sized lanai. The sound of "The Falling Waters" was so peaceful. As much as we enjoy the beach the beautiful heated pool was a tough rival! Location was perfect close to our favorite restaurants and shops. absolutely lovely residence, due to pandemic had to return early ..,however would recommend property

Loved this condo and the pool. Due to covid 19 had to return to Canada 2 weeks early, however Raymond the owner was easy to work with and gave us a satisfied refund for monies we had paid and or an option to return next year. Vrbo as well returned some of the administrative fees....We highly recommend this property to anybody consider Naples as a place to stay... Very Clean and close to everything...

Bonita

The entire property was great, from the gated entrance, to the pool area. The place was well maintained and nicely landscaped. Great kitchen and the rest of the condo was comfortable, with ample room to move about. The lanai was a peaceful place to relax at the end if the day. Although we didn't use the outdoor kitchen it was a nice feature. The owner made it clear that the condo was on the 2nd level, but if you're not used to stairs, it took some time to get used to it. We'd come back. Thanks for a nice stay.

We love our little piece of paradise in Naples and hope you will find it as restful and refreshing as we do when we spend time there. Great views of the lake and preserve from the lanai and we always enjoy the sounds of Falling Waters many waterfalls throughout. Great heated pool for a relaxing dip or head out of the gated community and head to the nearby Mercado, numerous restaurants or Vanderbilt, Wiggins Pass or Barefoot beaches all only minutes away.

Our condo is situated in a picturesque, lush, secluded gated community on the gulf side of Tamiami Road, the main north-south road in Naples. Newly remodeled spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a large, comfortable lanai overlooking both the preserve and lake. Our condo is well stocked and furnished to make you feel at home. And minutes away is every convenience you may need or want to make your visit a success.
