Newly furnished second floor condo with beautiful Eastern Exposure lake view! Located in gated Huntington Lakes with tennis, bocce, full gym & sauna. This safe, quiet neighborhood is extremely social with complimentary tennis lessons, parties, and other social events all season long. It’s only 5 miles to Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt Beaches, 10 minutes to Ritz Carlton Golf Club, 20 minutes to Mercato Shops, and central to all that Naples has to offer. Comfortably sleeps 4 with king bed in the master bedroom and queen in guest room. Fiber optic Wi-fi with Netflix, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, and HBOMax included.

Huntington Lakes is a gated community boasting a gorgeous clubhouse with 3 pools, hot tub, grilling area, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, bocce ball, and walking pathways throughout the entire community. Beautifully landscaped, quiet and inviting.

Comes fully furnished with all essentials to enjoy your stay - cable package with sports channels and fiber optic high speed internet, linens, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, and hair dryer. 2 designated parking spaces, one is a covered carport directly outside unit.

I have been a Naples resident for over 23 years and am looking for a reliable seasonal tenant.

Community rental application required with background check.

Huntington Lakes

This was a second floor end unit with a very pleasant view of the lake. We found it very convenient to grocery, discount stores and dining.The complex was well maintained. Their 3 pools were pristine.Because it was so close to Rte 75 we found it to be a bit noisy and at times it was difficult get through the traffic on Immokalee Road.

Naples Vacation Condo

We spent 2 months in this wonderful condo which was what we expected and more. The second floor corner unit is in a gated community that has a very nice clubhouse, pools and fitness amenities. The lanai was great for eating outdoors and relaxation. Parking was very convenient. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, downtown etc. The unit was immaculate and furnishings were very nice. The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We would definitely return.

This year, I promised family that I would spend more time visiting with them and also my NEW little nephew! I keep a clean home that is very relaxing, well equipped, and comfortable. Naples is a worldwide destination known for its gorgeous beaches, exquisite amenities, and overall beauty down to the perfectly manicured medians in the roads! The community is extremely social with free tennis lessons, bocce tournaments, and events happening all season long at the clubhouse (BBQs, games, and parties). This home is located right off Interstate 75 giving you quick access to the airport and downtown Naples 5th and 3rd Avenues in the blink of an eye. Directly across the street is a Super Target, Super Walmart, and Publix. Within 5 minutes is Sprouts Market, Aldi's, and Seed to Table by Oakes Farms (quite the destination, this is a must-see while in town!)

What I love most about this home are the high ceilings and eastern morning sunrise exposure. In the evenings you can also watch the sunset out on the front balcony or from inside through the kitchen and guest bedroom window (the perfect napping destination).

Huntington lakes offers a ton of social community activities during the winter, along with 3 pools, bocce courts, weekly FREE tennis lessons , swim exercise classes, yoga, poker, bingo, socials, happy hours, galore! It’s an active community with very respectable neighbors who show pride of ownership in this beautiful mature community.
